The Elevated Post, Lake Forest CA

I have dealt with Tara at The Elevated Post at least 25 times. I always look forward to seeing her. She has such a winsome personality and never fails to brighten my day. On top of that she knows her business inside and out, so is able to send her customers out the door quickly with a smile on their face.

I have had a in this location since 2015! It used to be a UPS Store and then the Alaei Family decided to have a personal business (The Elevated Post) instead of working with UPS. I'm so happy for them because they can run the place much better than any other corporation. Tara has been helping me with and the box forever and I can't be gracious enough for the hard work she does. I wish them well? And the best, and will be around long enough to support their business!

This is a one stop place to do all your postal services in including UPS or Amazon returns. Also the team here is very friendly.

Used to be called "The UPS Store", now called "The Elevated Post" (still in the same location). Tara is so helpful! Such a quick and easy way to drop off your packages for UPS, USPS, and FedEx services. She does them all! **It's still open and running although Yelp may mark it as closed.

I never write reviews but I feel like I needed to. If I could give this place a millions stars I would! The store owner was amazing! Very professional and super sweet! I was greeted with the most warmest welcome and everything was easy no hassle. I highly recommend coming here for any service! Will definitely be back!

I wish I could give a bigger rating to this store and owner Tara for her great customer service and positive attitude especially compared to the older UPS stores in LF and MV who are terrible and have terrible ratings. Just print out your Amazon label and go here and Tara will handle it with a grateful attitude! Wow.how refreshing!

Great place to get your shipping needs fulfilled. Owner always follows through with the shipments even after I drop off items that aren't fully prepped. She is always positive and enthusiastic and will always make sure you get the best service. Highly recommended!
