No one has ever provided the work of deep tissue massage, that I have received here at Enchanting Place. Staff is kind, well trained, and thorough! My preferred place of healing!

Walked in, door chimed.dude was sleeping in chair, no one at counter. Started to leave, door chimed again. The guy woke.

No English. Went to get a woman who arrived to help. Read the options, chose my massage, was asked me to pay first, Seemed fishy, I thought.

Paid. "Cindy, will be with you soon". Waited about 10" in room.

Cindy arrived. Also, no English. Massage was good, Came out, given lukewarm water.

$60 massage, gave $9. I heard more English: "20%? " she asked a few times.

I know of no standard, a tip is my discretion. As a comparison, in restaurants, 15% is normal. 20% is "above and beyond". Most of us go out to eat more often than getting a massage, and I use that as a gauge.

I did not give more. It kind of soured the experience. We could give 0.

Suggestion: Be grateful. Smile and say thank you. Some will give more, some less.

My mom, grandma, and I spontaneously went in on Friday for body massages. We each did 30 minutes of the Swedish massage which was $105 and added on a 10% tip of $10.50. The massages were ok, but not really worth $115. We shrugged and thought we’re just not fans of the “Swedish” massage. As we were leaving though the woman at the counter asked us to increase the tip to 20% and gave some incomprehensible explanation as to why we needed to. Tips are to be given not asked for. Thought we’d just let others know our experience and give feedback to business.

Very inexpensive but fantastic deep, sports massage. I didn't know what to expect at $50 for an hour long massage but it was an extremely good. I've gone to several high-brow places in the city and paid hundreds more and been completely disappointed. I go about once a month and have never been disappointed. Definitely worth a try if you need a massage.
