Excellent customer service received from Nate and Thomas regarding my A/C unit today. They even inspected my filter and saw it needed changing and changed it for me. Initially when I had an issue with my A/C maintenance representative, Edward immediately came by my unit to inspect it. He did not delay in making my work order a priority as we were encountering triple digit temperatures.
The maintenance team at the Enclave is always courteous, professional, and willing to assist where needed. Thank you for your commitment to exemplary customer service.

I normally don't leave reviews. But I must say, I feel disappointment. This area is not as safe as I thought it was. Someone went into my garage and took several personal items out of my car around midnight. I thought there was a night manager/ security on post until 3 am, but maybe not. I know this could have happened anywhere, but it still makes me feel unease when you live in a gated community and someone invades your privacy in your living space.

Sorry for the late post, but I need to let it be known that Edward Soto is amazing. He gave us our walk through when we moved in and did a great job doing so. Once we were moved in, he helped install a couple of window screens that were missing, and today, he saw me outside of our unit because I looked like I was looking for something, which I was. I was looking for my wallet which I dropped. He told me that he saw it on the ground while he was making his rounds and returned it to me. He is always courteous, polite, and very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate him for being who he is. Thank you, Edward.

My plumbing was backed up on my kitchen sink. Edward Soto provided great assistance with trying to fix the problem. A plumber had to be called because the problem was bigger than expected. He even came back with the plumber to ensure everything was done to satisfactory.

Maintenance has come through for us few times. Every encounter has been great. Big thanks to Edward a few times also Gabe and Daron your timely answers and installations have been a pleasure. Thanks again for all the help

All of the staff at Enclave do a great job. Jessica, Sandy, Jasmine, and Riley in the leasing office are very helpful. Jasmine was particularly helpful with our recent upgrade. Manny, Edward, Gabe and all of the maintenance staff are great. Thanks for everything you do!

I use the gym to work on my 6pack abs and practice dance in the spin room with my friends. We love to hang out in the theatre too. Thanks to the Jerome, Riley, Jasmine and especially Jess for always helping us out. They deserve a raise!

I absolutely love living at the Enclave. I moved here during the height of the pandemic and it’s been such a beautiful, safe, and relaxing community to call home for the last 3 years. In addition to the beautiful landscape, the office and maintenance staff are always so friendly! Maintenance in particular (shoutout to Gabe and Jesse) always go above and beyond to respond to maintenance request so quickly. Gabe, specifically, is always so meticulous with his work. Never have I had a maintenance guy clean up after repairs, but when Gabe recently unclogged my showers, l appreciated how he throughly cleaned my shower before leaving (thank you). If you’re looking for a safe, friendly, and family oriented complex for your next apartment community, then definitely consider making the Enclave your next home!

On Mar 18,2023, I stopped one Enclave technician and explained that the sensor went out on the exterior light in front of my door during the painting. At this particular time, I was in front of the mailbox area. He assured me not to worry and would take care of it. Before I reached my house, he returned to diagnose and fix the problem. Enclave has an exceptional team member. You know what they say, teamwork makes the dream work happen. Keep up the good work, team! The way he has put effort into his work deserves every bit of appreciation.

Zero stars if i could. My family and i leased a unit here back in December, to move in at the end of February, got approved, left the deposit, everything was good until i stoped by in February and Riley (leasing) tells me that now that im here she had to give me a heads up about my unit, the person that was currently living there had not put in their move out notice yet. So they leased us a unit that they weren’t even sure was going to be empty yet. I got super worried and started trying to figure out some back up options, every time i would reach out concerned about my unit because the move in date was getting closer, she would just tell me not to worry about it. 3 DAYS before my move in date, my entire house is packed up, ready to move and i get a call from Jessica (leasing “manager”) and she says “im calling because unfortunately we’re going to have to cancel your reservation, the current tenants haven't moved out” … she canceled on us like if she was canceling a restaurant reservation. Are you serious? Where is the professionalism? She sounded like a 15 year old canceling a nail appointment. And on top of that she said we weren’t getting our 3 application fees back. Funny. I called corporate and was finally able to get some help. Out of this office, Sandy (community manager) was the only one that actually helped me and refunded me every single penny. But the bad experience cannot be reversed and unfortunately i will never recommend this community to anyone. We lost over a week at work, we lost money because we had to desperately apply to a hundred different places to be able to find a home in 3 DAYS, we lost our moving company reservation/deposit, etc.
The leasing girl never even reached out to apologize about the situation but she was quick to tell us not to worry about it whenever we would call concerned. They basically ran away from the situation. So unprofessional.

Gabe and Edward of the maintenance Technicians team are awesome. We had trouble with our garage door closing. They left a detailed note of everything that was done. All the staff here are friendly and they really take care of you.

From the beginning from move in to now Jessica Martinez has been so very helpful. She checks in with me to see how Iam doing and has always been so friendly and personable. It is a pleasure to be a tenant here with staff such as her. I would recommend the Enclave to anyone looking for a great place to live.

This is hands down thee best apartment complex I’ve lived at. The office staff is amazing and always very helpful with any inquiry. Tony and the maintenance crew is on point, super friendly and respectful of the apartment whenever they come work on an issue. Very quiet and nice community.

Marquel and the whole leasing office was very helpful, I got a package that was delivered to the wrong house, I went to ask them and they solved the problem in no time. Big W for them. Considering here the best place to lived in Rancho Cucamonga. If anyone have question or consider lived here, ask for Jasmine, Marquel, or anyone in the leasing office, they're easy to communicate with!

I don’t usually post reviews but Homecoming Enclave is an exceptional luxury community! Staff members are so awesome, respectful, and helpful. They respond very quickly to all our needs. The community is so clean, quiet, and a great place to live in. Kudos to Gabe, Jasmine, Riley, and to all staff members!
