The Everest Momo, San Jose CA

I love Everest momo. It’s one of the best place. I am vegetarian. I like veg monos. But I am not sure they use different pan for veg or non veg.
So Just wanted to make sure they fry momos and chow mein in different pan.

This food is so unexpectedly good, we haven't even left the parking lot and I'm writing g this review. We ordered the Chicken Jhol Momo and the Paneer fried rice. Flavorful, interesting textures, great service. I also liked the Winchester Boulevard abandoned gas station apocalyptic aesthetics.

Jhol chicken momo was amazing. Spicy sauce and juicy momo makes mouth watery. But chowmein and fried rice wasn’t good. I ordered both chicken and there were barely any chicken in both. Fried rice was very dry. Recommend their momo.
Update: I recently revisited this place. Again chicken momo was amazing, with two different sauces- it was really good. This time Veg chowmein was tasty as well.

Asking for extra sauce is like crime. They give only one brown sauce and 1 red sauce for 10 momos. That sauce container is half filled. If we ask for extra sauce they are hesitant to give it. No option on doordash to ask for extra sauce. They should at least give 2 brown sauces and 2 red sauces with 10 momos.also please add option to get extra sauce with momos. Its fine you want to charge it, but add the option please.

Tried Chicken Kothey, Chicken Fried rice.kothey is 5 star. Parking & seating good enough

Incredible flavour, Incredible value. I will sit in a parking lot adjacent to a Gas Depot eight days a week to eat these momos.

Nominally priced, amazing taste! If you like a spicy kick to balance out your fried rice, this is one of the best! The spicy sauce is painful enough while letting the ingredients shine. I definitely recommend trying the Momos + fried rice.

We love the veggie momo's at Everest Momo. The consistency in flavor is one of the main reasons we keep going back. I haven't been disappointed so far in the past 1.5 years. And now our kids love the veggie momo and fried rice too from Everest Momo. Highly recommend this place.

Chow míen and momos were excellent, and chow mien with the panner gravy took it to next level. Too good food and the guys who make it are really genuine, I really loved the food it satisfied my tastebuds

I was looking for a halal place to eat at in San José and the name came up, and after reading the comments I decided to try the place albeit devoid of any expectations. The menu was uncomplicated and allowed me to decide fairly quickly, I got chicken momos and chicken chowmein. The momos were filled to the brim and were fresh, tasty, juicy, and simply delightful, I asked to make the chowmein extra spicy and they delivered on that too, and it was equally delicious as the momos were. The two chutneys (sauces) were simply icing on the cake. I simply cannot recommend this place enough.

Fried rice is average, but momos are amazing and chutney is special. Quantity is great.

I literally came here for a week straight once i found this little truck. It looked questionable, But the food is amazing with really good flavor.the portions are also nice and big. I always get chicken fried rice / chicken chow main.they make it on the spot so i suggest if you can’t wait 10 minutes then order ahead of time.it’s worth the wait though. I suggest it to anyone Especially if you like spicy food. If you don’t like spicy then you can ask them to cool it on the spice.

We had a pretty nice experience. It was our first time trying momos, so we tried their chicken ones. They tasted really good. We also really liked their chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein. The service was fast, it took only 10 minutes to be ready. We will definitely come here again.:)

Super fun restaurant with absolutely delicious momos and sauces. Love the chili chicken too. Lime soda a bit spiced for my taste but very fun.

Veg momo tastes awesome on weekends but it's not the same on weekdays.was disappointed when I ate on a Wednesday.

Never have had momos but I really want to come back. Probably the most underrated food but it’s amazing if made right. Can’t wait to go back once I’m back in the Bay again
