Great repair store. I could not believe that they would fix my phone on the same day within an hour. I waited in the store only when the technician was repairing my device. He kept me engaged and explained to me what he was doing with my phone. The prices were also very genuine and reasonable. I will recommend them to all my friends.

This location is the spot I don’t trust anyone else fixing me phone or putting in my screen protector glass. They just earn a lifetime customer.:)

Dropped off my tablet to get repaired they told me 1-2hrs went by and nothing after receiving my tablet this guy named dan the repair tech was whinning and complaining about my Ipad like if my Money Wasn't worth it i did pay to get it repaired. Afterall the ipad buttons wasn't even working and when i dropped it off it was working and didn't close my tablet the right way. And thats not all the plastic from the new screen was still on under the glass Shitty service!

They help you out and they are fast and they don’t force you into buying anything.plus I come here almost everyday just about

Y’all every time I come they show me love! I’ve brought my brothers and referred everyone I know to them. I came to replace my screen protector and I didn’t have my receipt and they still looked out! Great customer service and great products all around.

This place was great. The service was amazing. The young man that fixed my Note8 was an exceptionally awesome young man. Great customer service, good conversation, not to mention he didn't skip a beat while fixing my phone, during conversation. This is my spot now for phone fixes I'm will be going back here. I put 4 stars only cause my speaker when putting the phone e to my ear sounds horrible now.but even so I also use other means of having a conversation. Anyways great place to get your mobile device repaired.

Not the greatest repair but at least it was done. I brought in my Samsung Galaxy s8 to have a stuck sim tray fixed but I guess I wasn't sure how it was supposed to look like after. They made me sign a paper that if anything breaks I cant blame them for the damage they caused. They took the back glass out so they can take the tray out, after that the sim card was mangled but still working. After the job was done they didnt have the sim card tray so I had to buy a new one at Amazon for $4.50. Also the back glass is slightly bulging out. I would only use this place as a 2nd choice after best buy from now on.

They had great customer service fixed phone very diligently with good quality products. I would recommend this establishment to anyone that needs a phone to get fixed in a timely manner.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. I needed to charge my phone even when I want planning to buy anything and she offered me to charge my phone on a fast charging charger.

The Fix phone repair has great prices and wonderful cases. The employees were very friendly and ha e special offers everyday.

I was debating to buying a screen protector replacement because my current one was obviously damaged, but instead i called a few repair shop to inquire about screen protector because i had a spare. Chris offered to service my note 8 for free.i just saved myself 60 bucks because i only trust 1 screen protector brand (whitestone dome note 8). Chris manages the shop and he REALLY does put the customer first for his reputation. This is what i look for as a customer. I gotta say i rarely go to repair shops because i take good care of my phone, this is the first repair shop and will be the only place i will go to from now on. Thanks for the excellent service and for hooking it up for free man.
