The Flooring Factory - Oxnard

We made several trips to this store trying to find the right flooring for our house. We had a lot of questions, they gave us samples to take home, and they never put pressure on us to buy.

The large displays in store made it easier to get a feel for how a larger area might look.

Enrique was our sales guy and he was very professional and friendly. He sent pics by email when there was question on our stair edge choice. He was very responsive and treated us well.

We ended up purchasing and we’re very happy with the result. They even assured they would take back any unused boxes if we bought too much.

Had a Vanity, complete with top, sink &mirror. Paid, they helped me load and off I went! Perfect, lots of Vanities on display. Nice showroom. Friendly staff. AAA+

He verified he had the flooring, even sent me pictures to ensure it was a match and had it shipped within 1 day.

This is really THE place to go for beautiful and amazing floors! We literally got REAL Canadian Maple hardwood flooring for the same price that Home Depot sells cheap-o looking laminate flooring! I don’t know what the couple of bad reviews are on here that I notice, since our experience could not have been better. Enrique and his manager, whose name I forgot, really went the extra mile for us! We told them what we wanted, which was a very hard to find, dark rustic- looking wood. The next day, they called us and said that after searching and moving around various boxes they found some forgotten about wood for us which was PERFECT, with just barely enough for the project since it was the end of the stock, and all at a super discounted price. We are forever going to LOVE our new hardwood floor! I previously thought we could only dream to afford a hardwood floor in our home, and it would not have been possible without these guys! After visiting four flooring stores, I can confidently declare that The Flooring Factory (Oxnard) is arguably the best!
Enrique Gonzales was very helpful throughout the entire process. He provided full board samples so that I could more easily visualize the design choice in my home. He deftly resolved other difficulties that my contractor and myself had in completing our part of the purchase.
