Our good friend passed away on Christmas Eve morning. I went online and ordered this bouquet for the wife. I was surprised that there was an option for delivery on Christmas Day, but there was and as promised, the delivery was made on Christmas. They definitely went about and beyond for this last-minute order. I have not yet seen the bouquet, but if the arrangement is as good as their customer service, they cannot be beat. I have seen an arrangement from my neighbor and it was beautiful. Definitely our florist from now on.

My mom lives in Huntington Beach and I live in the Midwest. I usually see her once or twice a year but since the pandemic, sadly, I haven't seen her. But I've sent flowers several times and The Flower Lover always exceeds my expectations and goes above and beyond. The flowers are fresh and gorgeous! My mom always texts me photos of her holding them, which makes my day! And it makes her day to receive them! They are always delivered on time.

I know a lot of folks use the larger online flower services but if you are needing flowers for anyone in the Orange County beach cities area, I recommend ordering directly from The Flower Lover's web site. You get a lot more flowers and larger arrangements for your dollar, in my experience. You can actually communicate with the folks at the shop if you need a custom order outside of the large selection pictured online. You will get exactly what you want. Can't say enough positive things about this place! I even had to change a delivery date recently and it was no problem at all. Thank you to The Flower Lover folks!

I have neither lied nor embellished the truth. I've even provided photos. They honestly never made a single effort to achieve resolution other than when the wife texted me back the list of flowers she had used. If they had made things right, there would be no need to leave this review. All I wanted was what I paid for and what they advertised. They NEVER offered me a refund. They NEVER offered to send another arrangement. They NEVER offered to give my sister a credit for another arrangement in the future. They NEVER even apologized. I get that people have bad days and mistakes happen, but they refused to take the slightest responsibility for their mistake and that's simply not ok.

So, I disputed the charge with the credit card company and THE FLOWER LOVERS ACTUALLY HAD THE AUDACITY TO DRIVE BACK OVER TO MY SISTER'S HOUSE AND REPOSSESSED THE FLOWERS! They only explanation the man offered her was, "Your sister doesn't like them. " Wow. I was completely and utterly mortified. How unprofessional can one business be? !? ! My sister was so stunned she didn't know what else to do, so she gave them back the flowers. She and her husband will now be letting all of their Orange County friends know just exactly how The Flower Lovers does business and treats their customers.
