20 I took my vehicle for Alignment elsewhere, when I was told that my rear tire is wobbly, and need it looked further. I called the service manager Mr. Paul to see if 1 of my 2 warranty’s will cover the the repair cost. He agreed to have Billy look into it and find out
Paul the service manager was so welcoming, he immediately spoke to Billy. The following week I brought my car and went to see Billy, who was absolutely the nicest. He listen carefully, telling me he need to keep the car overnight. He had the part available as well, since I need a car to go to work, he immediately called the car rental company to pick me up and provide me with a vehicle.
From when I dropped of and picked up my car, everything went smooth. I was impressed and couldn’t be more grateful.
If you go to Ford Service Department ask for Billy, he is very knowledgeable and personable.
Overall a positive experience, did drop my car off mid-morning Friday and they didn’t get a chance to look at my car until Monday. They did a good job of communicating to me the issues and the labor behind it and I was able to have someone else pick up my car because I was out of town.
I called and made an appt for an oil change. I received a call from Duke confirming what I wanted done and asked if there was anything else Ford could do for me while it is at the dealership. I explained that if it wasn’t a safety matter I would like to wait on anything else as I had just had my brakes replaced and needed to wait for a bit. He was kind and understanding and did not do the hard sell and my car was ready as promised. It was a great visit and a big thank you to mechanics and Duke.
Every time the truck is serviced it takes 15+ minutes to get the truck. Last service the man behind me in the cashier line got his vehicle before me.
Please note: the word "service " in the phase Customer Service is not what a bull does to a cow.
The service department of this location is probably the worst of all Ford locations in Bay Area. Had a bad experience and provided feedback to the management team (Gus) and they didn’t even reply.
I wish I could do no stars. Do yourself a favor and find a new Ford dealership. The service department treats you like they don’t need your business. The lack of attention to detail was astounding. How do you charge me for services you didn’t do? I will never use this dealership.
Made an appointment to have a factory recall driver airbag replaced. I showed up and you didn’t have the part. The guy said he would text me but I have heard nothing.
I appreciated Billy my service tech. Very pleasant to talk to with no pressure. Would have liked to have thank Dr d him personally but didn't see him.
Took my car for service. Short of staff due to Covid-19. I don't blame them at all. Very courteous and they tried their best. 4 hours for the service. I am sure they are not alone.
I was invited to visit the store a while back by a nice gentleman that works in the service department. Well I did remember and when I was looking for a car I when to the dealer ship and found the vehicle that I was looking for! It was a busy labor day weekend but, everything when very well I picked up the car and when home. Thank you. Will. Bye Javier.
Got new tires with warranty week before. Tire was loosing air. Took vehicle back to ford store. Left vehicle with them in the morning. Was told that the vehicle will be ready by end of day. Got a call later on the day and was advised the vehicle will be ready next day. Went to store next day. No action was taken on the vehicle. Have to take vehicle to another Tyre repair shop to get it fixed.
Friendly great service. The service guy Billy very well mannered. Got my truck recall fixed right away. Faster then expected.
Fantastic experience! We drove all over the bay to find a car. Tried several independent stores. Nothing compared to the friendly helpful people at The Ford Store. Sam is the guy to go to for purchasing your next car!
Had a hard time reaching my service advisor and had to leave 3 voicemails in a 24 hour period. Otherwise service was great and the work on the truck was excellent

My last 5 cars I purchase in San Leandro ford great service, I wanted to buy another car recently stop by lot seems empty, if you want to sell you must have something to show. Most businesses are having delay s due to COVID-19, I was able to get a truck. Great service
Work was done in timely manner, recall on door locks. But only 3 were done? I though all 4 would have been replaced.need to go back.inconvenient.
Brought my car in for oil change and recall. Service was fast and easy Alex was great at communicating with me and even got my car done than original time.
I bought a brand new battery for my 2008 escape hybrid and the car will not start
They told me to run a diagnostic to find the solution to the problem (cost $230)
That place was the Ford dealership where I bought the car 13 years ago.
After doing my own research online I found somebody who had the same problem and was sharing a solution.
To make it short.the point is there is a reset button to push and then wait 8 minutes to jumpstart the high voltage hybrid battery.oyherwise it won't work.
I was able to follow that procedure and
Start the car.
Bottom line. Perhaps ford should train their technician so they know hybrid problem and not gouge people.
For my situation I think they should have
Give me a free of charge service including
The new dc battery.considering the stress
And the waist of time.
Very professional and very informative the handling of the vehicle. Gave cell phone number in case I had any questions or concerns and notified me by text when my truck was ready. It was a real easy process from beginning to end!
