Andre from Pier 39 was great. The first night we decided to not buy anything but due to his artistry and amazing customer service, we went back. With his wonderful conversational skills we decided to purchase a treat. Andre is a jewel and a pleasure to meet! Thank you Andre, my sister and I wish you great success!

Overpriced, too much for one person. The taste is ok.for instance we got one cookies and cream and it tasted nothing of the sort. The only one that was slightly different was peanut butter. If you do decide to go here, keep in mind price, heaviness per brick I say this because it is quite heavy and thick so one will be more than enough to feed multiple people (we were a family of 6) and I won't say who but one of us got lured in to buy 3 get 4th free and it was a total waste because we couldn't even finish one because it's just too much even for children who have a sweet tooth. Buyer and parents beware!

My bag ripped open and I dropped a marshmallow I just bought for like $8 and they wouldn’t replace it even though I returned the entire thing

My brother bought several different fudges and chocolate dipped marshmallows. His bag ripped and one of the marshmallows rolled on the ground- he brought the ripped bag and dirty marshmallow fully intact back to them and they would not replace it.

Customer service was terrible. I had an issue with no employee understanding in the store location at pier 39.

One of the worst experiences I have had in a store. Service, product quality, business ethics all atrocious.

On Sunday I purchased 4 of the white chocolate covered strawberries. It cost me about $16. I was able to eat 1 out the 3 because they were rotten all the way through the strawberries. I am very disappointed! Not everyone carries white chocolate covered strawberries so it was a super let down. I won't go back for anything else!

I bought 3 apples with caramel and peanuts and they gave me one because that is the special of the day, you buy and you get one free, but the bad thing is that the one they gave me was very bad, Yeni didn't work, the taste was very unpleasant and when I went to tell the man that When he changed it for me, he did it with a bad attitude and the new apple he gave me tasted worse than the first one, it tasted like butter and very disgusting sap and I ended up with a pain in my stomach. My annoyance is that if I am paying for the other apples and they have this special they should give you things right. Because you are paying more than $15 for each apple, more than $36 for three, for me the price is exaggerated and worse when they come out with these things. Well I'm just sharing my humble opinion and my experience in this place.
