The Galleria, Fountain Valley CA

I stopped by for a tour at the Galleria and took a tour with Kiara. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The community looked great!

I just recently moved and and I leased with Kiara. I had to look at all the available units to make a choice and she was so patient with me. Not once did she ever seem bored or annoyed. She was so sweet and I hope others have an amazing experience just as I did.

Recently moved to The Galleria this past weekend, from another county, and can certainly say it’s a breath of fresh air. Was a bit skeptical with living off of Harbor, but the location is not too bad. Out of several apartments I looked at in OC, they were the most responsive, and extremely flexible with my move in date. Justin and Kiara provided excellent customer service to me prior to me moving in, and were hands on with anything I needed. I can’t speak for the entire complex, but the East side of the complex is very quiet, reserved and convenient. From what I’ve observed by my unit, most tenants are reserved and keep to themselves, but are occasionally friendly.

The Galleria is a nice community. Stopped in to see a two bedroom and liked what I saw! Kiara is the best! She was super professional and answered all my questions with ease!

I’m trying to lease an apartment here. After trying so many times to get hold of someone, I asked for a confirmation of a tour and pictures/videos of the apartment and I never received anything from them. I called over 10 times after that and left voice messages and sent an email but no one is answering the phone or contact me back or responding to my email. This is the worse apartment customer service I have ever seen. If that’s how they treat people who are showing interest in renting, how are they treating their tenants then.

Our youngest son that goes to school in the area just rented an apartment here and we are so pleased. It’s a very safe and clean property. The people in the office made the process so easy and effortless to complete the move in. The grounds and apartments are spacious and well maintained. I would recommend The Galleria for anyone that wants to be in the OC in a nice, safe, upgraded and clean place. It’s a terrific community with nice, quiet neighbors.

I absolutely adore the new manager Justin. He is very thorough and attentive to your needs. The property is very well kept. Staff is outstanding! I TOTALLY recommend!

The apartments may look nice but the overall build and quality of the ceilings and such are terrible. I’m woken up every single day by my upstairs neighbors because of their constant stomping around how bad the insulation is. Also neighbors have no respect for others as different people make noise until 7 am until 10 at night. People leave their dogs locked outside to bark all day etc. Many noise complaints have been made but the management does nothing about any of it.

Just rented an apartment after touring with the manager, Justin Pratt. The community is nice and has a cool outdoor lounge and The Galleria is in a great spot, close to all of my favorite restaurants. Excited to be moving in!

Great place to live! My fiance and I have been here for a few months now and we love it. The only issue we have is there's not a lot of parking for visitors and that there's no pin pad to enter the gates to get in so you either need a gate opener or someone has to come open the gate for you if you're a visitor. Very friendly and responsive staff.

Just finished checking out The Galleria and met Justin Pratt who was a breath of fresh air compared to all the other places we’ve toured (or at least tried to tour). There wasn’t an apartment available in our timeframe, but he still took the time to show us a model and the grounds incase anything changed. Best customer service we’ve experienced in our search so far. And come to find out, he was the manager! Hopefully, something random changes and we can move to the Galleria - this was a great first impression.

Great property, nice amenities, and convenient location. Nicely maintained community, very well kept. Awesome employees, 10/10.

I wrote a review about this on yelp and I just want to post videos here since it wouldn't upload videos there so I'll post it right here.but if you reading this here, all I say is simply neighbors are not respectful here.

The Galleria is awesome! Lovely, newly renovated apartments with one of the best prices in the area. My boyfriend and I moved in earlier this year after finding out I was pregnant, and the staff has been very accommodating (helping me remove trash/boxes, always asking how I'm doing/etc.). All maintenance issues we've had were fixed promptly and without complaint. This is a great place to live!

The apartments themselves are nice inside. When we moved in, within the first month we found cockroaches. The manager, Tim, said they're "water bugs" and had maintenance come to spray outside our apartment. The bugs kept coming back and we would find them in our sink and our bathtub. It was really disgusting and the situation was not handled at all by the manager - he was rude and dismissive to the point he basically got in a verbal altercation with me so I ended up dealing directly with the maintenance man who is the only competent and respectful member of the staff that works here. After we moved out they charged us outrageous fees for replacing our carpet, for cleaning, for painting - we only lived there about 6 months and they made us pay more than our security deposit, and we were very clean and kept our apartment in mint condition. We received the bill saying we owed a few hundred dollars so I paid it and within two weeks of receiving the bill (which stated I had 30 days to pay it) I received a harassing email from the manager, Tim, threatening to send me to collections the next day. This was after I had paid the bill already and with still two weeks left before the 30 day due date. This place is a scam and a rip off. Solely based on the disrespectful demeanor of the manager and the uncaring attitude they have towards their tenants I would never recommend this place. Much better places around the same area who actually work ethically.

Our families experience with Matinence Manger Edel has always been exceptional.he is prompt.accurate.and goes out of his way to see that things are done to our satisfaction.he always has a smile and maintains professional.outgoing and kind. He is definitely an asset to the property management team.
