My favorite hideaway on the West Coast! The best soups in the world. I love everything about the Garden Market.

Walking distance and their patio is very nice. Visited twice and had the avocado sandwich both times.

This place is so lovely! They have a whole hidden garden seating area. Very nice staff and delicious food.

We were actually going to go to Padaro Beach Grill and the line was crazy long so we were walking back to our car and noticed salt and pepper shakers on the tables so we went in to check it out. We really didn't even know it was there before, but what a hidden gem! I had the mushroom quiche with a potato leek soup, my husband had a breakfast sandwich, and our toddler had oatmeal. Everything was delicious! We also splurged on some treats from the dessert case and were very happy with the splurge. The garden was beautiful to eat in, service was pretty quick, and the food was all very good. We'll be back!

We have been patrons of this establishment for years now. Today that ends. The owner and management are the worst at customer service. Customers should not be berated for the change in mind from a take out order to eating on the front patio. Especially for a multiple meal order that was $90. I would encourage all to avoid this place. Just not worth it.

Hunger brought my wife and I to this little place on the way to Capitola, CA and was pleasantly surprised on the size and how tasty the breakfast burrito was. The bacon flavor was great and if you like it hot get the green salsa. Another plus is they brew Organic French roast coffee. Eat up folks!

A great place for a cup of first rate coffee and a snack. I especially enjoyed the seating out back in the garden area. I will be going back for more of the fine treats and excellent relaxing atmosphere.

Friendly staff. Lovely setting (fountains, garden, plants, birds) and delicious menu! Lovely gifts to purchase! Start your Holiday shopping here to keep it local!

I would have never thought to stop here for breakfast, but a friend directed me here and I did not regret it. I had the huevos rancheros and loved it. Recommended!

My wife loves this place to both eat and shop at. Wish they had diet coke, instead of Pepsi though.

Don't tell anyone about this place please, it so cozy with good food and convenient location it will get mobbed and I won't be able to get a table anymore.

Stopped here on the way back from SB. This place is a local hidden gem off Santa Claus lane that's been serving up breakfast, lunch and bakery items for years. It's still just as delicious as I recall. Order at the counter and be served on a delightful flowering back patio. I had the albacore tuna salad on poppyseed bread and companion had 1/2 BLT and caesar salad combo. It was a bit pricey but everywhere post covid is so that's just the new reality. The food was fresh tasty and portion sizes are generous. Next time you're on the 101 outside Carp visit this beachy laid back village strip where the Garden Market is located.

We always make this a stop on our way to Cambria. We'll get something to snack and have some coffee. People are friendly. It was nice not to have to wear masks for a change.

This is a cute little place with very sweet staff and a lovely garden out back where you can eat. We had delicious chicken salad salad and brought back a few baked treats for later. Definitely recommend!

Great venue, food is alright (bit salty / oily, but good), the coffee was quite miserable.

The food here is great. The service however is almost comically unacceptable. The woman that owns the place is a bit nasty to customers and I don't think she cares. She likely does not know how nasty she is to be honest, but that doesn't make it okay. Several mistakes were made to my group's order. When we asked the management to make good on this they were a bit annoyed that we asked them to redo our food and give us what we had paid for. These mistakes happen almost every time I have been there. The food is good, so I keep giving it a chance for some reason. The managers also seem to have similar nasty attitudes. Not what you would call a welcoming place. The setting and food is decent, however. I can't say it doesn't have good food. If you are looking for a lunch spot that is welcoming, friendly, and provides good service, this is not the place for you.
