Thanks again guys for your persistent, your professionalism and patience, there were days it seems that my case seems impossible, but the staff there through it all pulled through, even in the middle of a pandemic you guys stayed at it, again I saw thanks you.

I'm looking at all these 5 star reviews and wondering if my money wasn't good enough to get as good service as mentioned on these reviews or maybe his office chooses who to give decent services to and who not to?
The attorney is nice and professional.hence the two stars instead of one. But, I literally had to push my case along and check on my court statuses MYSELF. I don't even know where to begin. There's so much. 95% of the time I had to call or email to get information and the office had no clue of what was going on with my case. I honestly think his office intentionally tries to extend cases longer by failing to act.just so he can make extra money. As an example, there was an CIC report that the court gave a date for when it would be completed by from the court. The report was to be sent to my attorney (Mr. Goldberg). A week passes by after the court's date to have it to us, and I'm like where is this report? I reached out to David Goldberg.his response was that he didn't have it, it wasn't sent yet from the court. "Just wait a while" Luckily I didn't wait, I reached out to the investigator and she mentioned that she had finished and sent the report wa week before the deadline. I called DGs office and he finally mentioned that the report went to his junk mail. The fact that I had to call the court MYSELF and check up on this and his response to me was to wait really showed me that he cares nothing about my case. This is just one example, there's MANY more instances of me having to do the work myself.

I had a very complicated divorce that took 2.5 years. During this time I have changed 3 attorneys because they literally were doing nothing for me, ripping me off and hurting my case. I have spent over 40k on attorney fees before I have found Mr. Goldberg.
He is the best attorney I ever met! He gave me so much information and really took care of me. It was a miracle I found him! No one from my previous attorneys advised me that well. I can say that Mr. Goldberg very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and caring attorney. He protected my interests the way I couldn’t even imagine that it is possible. I would like to talk about David Goldberg. Not only is he very knowledgeable he cares about his clients and not just about making a buck. Being new to the area he was recommended to me. I wanted to talk to an attorney before I hired one and not have to pay a fee just to hear how great one is. He listened to me patiently and showed me how he could help me and explained all the pros and cons. I was very happy with his explanations and informations. I originally contacted David Goldberg when he was with a large San Diego Area Family Law Practice. He listened carefully to details of my child custody case and provided a clear and concise strategy for navigating the legal process. Divorce can be, and often is, a traumatic experience. Early on in my divorce process, David recognized the kind of person I was dealing with, but I didn't want to see it. He counseled me to look out for myself more but I was hesitant to do so for many months. But sure enough, my Ex showed her true colors, in blindingly bright technicolor - enough for me to finally stop being blind and see who I was really dealing with. Finally, I followed David's advice, and in the end that advice kept my Ex from completely taking me to the cleaners. Throughout the contentious divorce, David was always calm and collected. He studied the complexity of facts and ended up negotiating a settlement with my Ex's attorney, who was not as informed and astute. The strategy he came up with worked better than we expected. Things could have gone much worse for me.
