The Golf Club at Rancho California reviews
16The balls at the range are garbage, 11 bucks for a large basket and nearly half of them are trash, not even worth hitting. Green fee for the course is a bit on the higher side considering the condition of the greens and the overall maintenance.
I think this place is run much better than the previous group (which was absolutely terrible) but the clown they have working in the pro shop during the weekdays is going to give them a bad reputation again, too much attitude. This is not a top dollar maintained course and they should be happy to have any business.
Couldn’t make the tee time, wouldn’t let me cancel and charged me regardless… first time that happened. Definitely won’t be coming back. Plenty of other courses near by
Called multiple times since 2023 where they confirmed that the driving range was open when in fact it wasn’t after we drove out there. Completely uncertain on what times the range is open and phone calls/customer service have no idea as well.
Literally has a sign that says no lefties on driving range. Wth, I thought Cali was supposed to be a bunch of hippies that hate discrimination? !
Greens are good. Everything else is horrible. Dead grass and weeds in the middle of the fairways.
Fairways are trash along with the rest of the course besides the greens which are not properly set up.
Great course layout, but the fairways and greens are not being cared for! More weeds than grass!
Course was in good shape and the greens were really soft and green. One of the best courses I've played in the area.
Great golf course. It needs some water for the dead grass areas but mostly good especially for the price.
1st time here. Fairways and greens in good shape. Lost a few balls in the middle of the fairways when hitting into unknown unseeable hazards.
Driving range has bad balls, but has a great view with not so great turf
Golf course is challenging and interesting
The putting and chipping greens are good
Price for Junior card is bad because they only start those prices at 3 pm and the price is increased to 8 dollars instead of 5
For the normal price it's pretty fair
Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The fellow golfers were friendly as well. I being a beginner, enjoyed the atmosphere of all the diverse levels that are present.
Only went to hit some balls. Range was a mess, no good grass to hit from and ar $9 for a large bucket it was overpriced, imo.
They have problems keeping their trash on there property and allowing trash to flow onto adjacent properties.
Good course, but look for deals online. I will not pay the full walk up price. If I am going to spend 65 bucks, there are better places to golf.
