I tried calling all morning to cancel a tee time, they just don't answer their phone. Horrible service for a course my tax dollars keeps open. So I drive all the way over to cancel the tee time and the phone is ringing right in front of the lady and she never picks it up no wonder why I couldn't cancel my tee time. So I ask to cancel and now they want to charge me for the cancellation. I tell them if you guys had answered the phone I wouldn't be in this situation.all in all a nice course with horrible Proshop service by the employees.
