Paid for a life time supply move to Texas and can't get insoles since the stores aren't link this is the biggest scam ever and there asking do I have my old ones to return no like wth

David did a great job explaining the system and determining what issues I was having and he offered any after care support I needed that’s what reassured me that I was going with the best choice for my needs

I had the best experience at the good feet store my salesman David took great care of me and my best friend who was with me. David answered all my questions and explained everything about the arch supports and how to use them. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort and was really trying to find a solution for my problems and after seeing the TV advertising I decided to go. I’m a nurse and work 12 hours a day and on my feet most of the time so you can get where I’m coming from my feet, ankles, knees, hip and back caused me a lot of pain, but after 45 min to an hour visit at the good feet store change my life immediately. I would recommend anyone having any of the problems that I mentioned above please go get FITTED you want regret it.

Huge rip off! Do not spend $2,000 for the 4 piece set! Spend the money with a professional podiatrist who will MEASURE your feet and get you proper sized orthotics and arch support for your feet. Good feet store is very generic, not properly sized to your feet. Also, i was told that i would get a lifetime supply of the cushions. I just went into the store to pick up a couple pair, and now they are telling me that i was given incorrect info, and i would have to purchase them for $24 a pair. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Wonderful experience thanks to the help of my man Chris! Got me going with a 3 step program and some sweet Brooks. On my third full day of wearing the “ maintainers “ in my everyday work boots (9 hours). Finding myself with better posture and less pressure points on the pads of my feet!

I was very pleased with fittings and suggestions made by Penelope at the store in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd. She was patient with me, listened to my needs and wrote directions down, which helped me immensely. She was wonderful, helping to make the best fit. I love their socks also!

James was a very detailed and friendly salesman. He explained how everything works, fits and gave pro tips. He set me up nicely. I'm still waiting for him to email me my FSA receipt, but aside from that, it was a great experience overall. My knee felt immediate relief and I'm hoping to go back to increasing activity and steps. I picked up a full set of orthotics the other day. I was concerned about the price, but David assured me they had a 90-day risk-free guarantee of satisfaction, so I pulled the trigger. The next day, I learned that my insurance would cover orthotics, but only after a prescription from an in-network podiatrist. So, I had to return my purchase.

After reading numerous reviews, I was hesitant. Would I be refused the return, or only offered "store credit"? Prepared to fight tooth and nail, I marched into the store. I was ironically caught flat-footed to learn that David was, in fact, a straight shooter. His only question was if I had the credit card with me. I did, and he processed the return with the same smile and a bit of friendly advice he had during our original encounter. Such a relief!

One caveat: the store does in fact have a policy against returns on cushions (even unworn). While this policy does appear on the receipt I would prefer to have been informed before my purchase.

While I can't speak to the effectiveness of the inserts, I can say that my worries over their business practices have been put to rest.

Both of the sales clerks were very nice and helpful. I have several foot problems and they had suggestions to help with them. I will be back.

We recently purchased orthotics for my disabled son. We have tried MANY different devices over the years. My son also has diabetes, so we have to be very careful with his feet.

We were helped by David. He seemed very knowledgeable and he was extremely patient. He treated us like family. I truly believe he wants the best for my son.

We are still in our trial period. For us, it is a slow process due to my sons issues. But, I will say up to this point, I believe this product is working for him.

If you have foot issues, I would highly recommend giving these folks a chance.

I thought I was going in for custom insole. These 450.00 insoles are boxed for anyone. I tried them and my feet hurt worse than before. They pressure you into buying 3 sets and their shoes. It is a scam. I wish that I never went in there. I bought some heavy duty scholl's and they are great. Less than 100 dollars
