I went here with terrible pain from plantar fasciitis. They then showed me a package of socks, one pair of shoes, and insoles for $2400! About five times what they are worth easily. Usually I have better judgment but I was in so much pain that I fell for the scam. If you go here be prepared to spend a whole bunch of money.

Very expensive and no returns.except store credit. Nothing wrong with the Arch supports but not worth the price. You can buy an arch support for $60 whereas you will pay closer to $400 at the Good Feet Store. High pressure sales and beware of buyers remorse

I met the nicest young man that represents your business. Please keep him in the mission valley store. His name is Aidan Alfino. He is a people -person. He greets u w a smile. Professionalism and we know that he loves his job by the way he took care of my feet. We thank you for hiring someone of his caliber to be apart of the good feet family

So sad how some people can be so rude if they treat me like this when i need to buy; I'm scared how they would treat my wife and family if they came in here by themselves

Yesterday while out shopping, I went to The Good Feet store.
I’ve been watching them for 30 years because I am intrigued with their claims.
I have been to a VA Podiatrist and diagnosed with plantar fasciitis.
I’ve had it for years.
I was provided shoe inserts.
Cheap shoe inserts, not orthotics.
They didn’t help.
After years and years of painful walking and standing and ineffective treatment at the VA, I went to Roadrunner Sports about 5 years ago and they hooked me up with custom orthotics and Hoka Shoes.
Big difference. I could walk pain free but they made me feel off balance, it felt like I was rocking back and forth with all my weight on my instep.
This did however allowed me to include walking in my exercise regimen.
I lost 85 Lbs.
Only problem was when I wasn’t wearing the orthotics the pain returned.
Some mornings when I wake I can’t put pressure on my right foot, at all!
So last Wednesday August 10, I went to The Good Feet Store in San Diego’s Mission Valley where I met with Omar who was very knowledgeable with the Good Feet System.
I listened intently to his presentation and explanation about the Good Feet system.
It was very informative, interesting and thought provoking.
The Good Feet Stores have been around a long time, their product is expensive and their claims are extravagant.
Surely there must be something to it or they would not still be around.
Bottom line, I bit the bullet and went for the whole system and started using it as directed right away.
I adapted quickly, I could feel pressure on my instep but not painful.
There are 3 levels of treatment.
Strengthener, that helps realign and force your instep into a more natural shape, to be worn only 30 minutes the first day and increases by 30 minutes each day until you’re wearing it 8 hours a day, more as tolerated, first thing in the morning.
Maintainers, that keeps you aligned while you go about your day or for my long walks 2+miles, one hour the first day and increasing to 8 hours a day in 8 days.
And Relaxers for hanging around the house or to be worn with slippers, moccasin or flip flops to be worn anytime.
I used them briefly on Wednesday and they felt good.
I wore them yesterday exactly as instructed and no problems no pain and my balance much improved.
This morning I continued on my treatment plan with the Strengthener set and walked 1.25 miles about 45 minutes then another 30 minutes around the house doing outside chores.
No pain but definitely feel them.
Didn’t want to overdo it so now I’m back home in the house wearing the relaxer arch supports.
My feet feel surprisingly better than in the past.
I felt like I could wear the therapeutic set longer but I’m going to follow the instructions exactly and see if I can beat the pain for good.
The 3 Part System Plan consisted of
1 set of Strengthening arch support inserts
2 sets of Maintenance arch supports, one for walking shoes and one for dress shoes or boots.
1 set of Relaxer arch supports for hanging around the house in my Top Siders, moccasins or flip flops.
2 pairs of compression socks
1 pair of Brooks Walking Shoes
4 Pairs of shoe pads with wedges under the big toes.
$2144.10 no insurance reimbursement, no senior or disabled veteran discounts.
Treatment is ongoing.
I’ll check back in after a week or so and let you all know how well they’re working.

The Good Feet store is the BEST. I am a server for the San Diego Padres, so I'm on my feet all the time. They knew exactly what I needed. I received the whole set, program. I am so grateful for their experience in knowing exactly what I need

I am so absolutely pleased with my new experience. Customer service, more than the cost, is primary in my life. When you go in, assuming you want to have the best foot health, meet with Trina. You will be amazed at the crown level of service she provides. I feel like have known her forever & trust her advice explicitly. Plus she is always patient with me.

Newly 64 yr old life long Carpenter still trying to retire!
Walked in after foot, knee, hip and #1 back pain. After confidant consultation I walked out with new insoles and shoes. Life Changing! Love the staff and change in the dynamics of my entire body. Keep up the great work kids

The provider, salesman, was very good at here job. Nice, professional, through, knowledgeable. She worked with me to get what I wanted, not the package. Good product, very expensive.

Worst customer service ever! I went in to get my replacement insoles and was told there would be a shipping fee that I had to pay. I told the lady that I wasn’t made aware of this at time of purchase and asked to see where it stated this in the warranty. She dug through the drawers and found me an apparently old warranty card and pointed at the price of $19.95. And said even if I didn’t have the warranty someone should have told me at time of purchase. Then she checked me out and charged $30 to my card because she said prices went up but this wasn’t posted anywhere nor could she show me a price tag. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that she was one and said to call the 1-800 number on the warranty card if I wanted to dispute it. Absolute worst experience ever and I do not recommend this place, especially the Mission Valley location, to anyone!

It was pricier than I imagined it would be. But was able to find something that worked for a much better price for me. Overall I was happy and very satisfied with my experience.

Angela and the entire staff were effective, compassionate, and professional. These arch supports and the customer service is amazing. Don't wait or hesitate. Stop your foot pain. It is possible to have a solid gait and a stable base from which to operate on your feet. It's really made such a difference in my life!

I came back in after almost 10 years. My planters was back, the service was excellent I was under the warranty so had my insoles replaced. I already feel the difference hoping to get back running soon.

One short month ago I spent $678 for a pair of insoles and one pair of tennis shoes. The insoles accomplished nothing at all and the tennis shoes are already falling apart.
