Jack was he great! He was very helpful and explained all the details regarding the inserts, how they would work and the benefits from them. He added no pressure which was refreshing when trying to decide to make a purchase. Definitely will recommend this business and deal with Jack!

Product works ok / Over priced/Good showing of the product and explanation of it. Not made on the spot in the store. That was misleading. They do good follow up on the product. One set of inserts are $500.00. They offer three different kind. So they would like you to drop $1500.00 so beware.

Jack was very helpful and explained every step of the way. Yes, it was pricey but the fit was perfect and my feet already feel better.

First of I would like to say Beth was extremely condescending and unprofessional when I left, and had an aura of entitlement. She orchestrated the most used car pitch when I left two weeks ago, based of pseudo science and garbage. They DO NOT care about you. They care about selling something that costs $25 to make for $1500 that is it. They do not offer refunds, and prey of the pain and deprivation of health for many, especially the large gerontology population. Watch them say I was not a customer because I did not match a person that came in, as you can see from the other negative reviews that is their go to response. You can get the same quality service for $50, Beth will try to make you pay $1500 for. Joke try arch supports cheaper somewhere else you and your bank account won't regret it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the system seems to be solid. But I honestly have a pretty severe case of buyers remorse. It's expensive. I wish that I would have taken a day to think it over

I can honestly say the inserts I purchased are fabulous and have helped alleviate my back pain, from day one. Bri, the salesperson was wonderful! She was professional and courteous. The folks in the Fresno Good Feet changed both my and my husband's lives. We both suffered from sore feet, legs and backs. After our personal fittings, which were made very easy, we each got the supports, and haven't looked back since. We are now hiking, walking and gardening with absolutely no problems. Good Feet has helped keep us active, and we always use our inserts. Thank you Good Feet for improving our life!

Jack was to the point and professional, I look forward to my relationship with this company. Crushed one of my feet several years ago riding, this improved the way my foot dispersed pressure around my foot immediately. This is an investment but I would have paid w/e they wanted tbh.

I have recently gotten my 3rd pair of good feet arch supports, and with each pair have had the pleasure of working with Beth. She has always been extremely thorough in explaining the benefits, always kind, and makes me feel like we are friends every time I have walked in the door. 10 stars for the customer service. The store is clean, welcoming, and based off my experiences, I would recommend Good Feet Fresno to anyone I cross paths with. Thank you for your help in relieving my bunion pain!
