8Unprofessional agency. I couldn't believe how Ariana Williams treated me. She never email me back after she emailed me asking why did I sigh a different name on the email I sent her when it was an accident, after that she didn't email me again she was even rude on the phone interview. Horrible!
I had a traumatizing experience with this agency. Please understand that you as a nanny or assistant need an agency that cares for you just as much as they care about the client that’s paying for the service to find help. I dealt with Lori and This agency was incredibly unprofessional.

The Grapevine Agency is a wonderful agency that has a high level of regard for both their nannies, assistants and clients. Lori, specifically is in her bailiwick and is very conscientious and thorough towards both parties’ individuals needs. Los Angeles is very competitive with high-end clients and this agency is very selective as many other agencies will take almost anyone. It was refreshing to work with such professionals.
I wish this agency cared about its nannies like they advertise. The interview in itself was completely degrading and so heartbreaking, I couldnt even believe the way I was treated. Heavy age discrimination and lack of common respect. I definitely had higher expectations.: (
