Get that POW! Experience I did not expect. Rooms unclearly lettered with missing ones adding to the order mix, get a map. I don't know all the rules but the restrictions on the tenant are cult like and probably not legal. No visitors? !? Even death row inmates are allowed visitors! Another good example of why the rating system needs a 0 star choice.

Easy check in and nice staff. Great comfy bed and cute room. Im Super bummed out there's no pool.i feel like because most of the guests if not all of us have recieved homeless vouchers that they don't feel we should have the extra accommodations. But overall its a blessing to be here. Id suggest it to my friends for sure.

Love the workers, they have great costumer service, Berry friendly. Comfortable place to stay in and they make you feel welcomed just like home.

This place has been awesome it's so comfortable so clean and it's very quiet it is an awesome Hotel never had no problems and that's really rare for any where I've stayed there's always been a problem not with me but just with other people that are staying around me or management and these people here are awesome definitely would give it a five-star

Friendly and accommodating staff, good price range. TIP: make your reservations through them and get a better deal than online through a booking website. Room was clean, good sized fridge for someone who likes to carry food. The bed was great but sheets had a strong bleach smell. Bathroom was in good shape, decent towels, but drain had a strong smell too. Gated parking lot but have to call office to get in each time. Would come back for the price and the location. Good if you're not looking for strong amenities but want to save some cash and feel secure.

Needs a little help with their housekeeping & the way these young workers talk to customers would highly be recommended. BUT THE ROOMS ARE REALLY NICE CONSIDERING. BUT THE $$ ITS IN DEL PASO HEIGHTS.

I like the Greens. Been there a few times but I must say, this time, it seemed a little run down. It seemed as though before it had some ump and this time it was a little blah. They definitely need additional blankets in the room. Some of us don't want the heater blowing on us and prefer to have the window open for fresh air. No rugs on the cold floors, no dresser or hooks for clothes. I stayed the whole weekend so not having a place to hang my coat was silly for a hotel room. A boutique hotel room at that. Pool was closed due to Covid (that certainly isn't a mark against them). Also, and probably the most bothersome thing was there wasn't a small coffee maker. Anything to make hot water (microwave) would have been nice. It was a large room, plenty of space for something like that. They had a small fridge, that was nice. Towels felt as though they should have been from a cheesy motel, not their standard and the "gated parking" was great as long as you didn't have a late check in. They had a cute little sitting area with tables and chairs and umbrellas. That area was kept clean. I will stay there again just to see if I was having an off day or if it was truly a little more run down than I'd prefer.

It was super nice right until they charged me for $100 for “staining” their walmart pillow case and 2 towels with makeup. If you don’t want to be charged by something so ridiculous, I’d suggest to take your own stuff from home

Love this place and the atmosphere, ita like a private little oasis, not to mention the staff is pretty cool and flexible.

This was one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed at. The price was super cheap, super clean, just wish they had a better system to get into the property than calling. The shower could use some more water pressure, but it was clean and nice. I drive a big truck and although the parking sucks, I was able to park in the street without a problem

Small and cozy but, what’s the point in having a gate if items still get lost. I called the same day I left my bluetooth speaker and I was told someone was already in that room so your cleaners either did a poor job of cleaning or kept it. Thanks for nothing

Must call a number at the gate to be let in.
Parking is limited and small. Exiting out the gate is very tight (watch out for cars)
No washer and dryer, Ice machine, Walk in shower, Heat and Cool Air Conditioning, Flat screen TV, Smoking area, Pool, Free Wifi with password and a small fridge. The host was very friendly to me.

Try to get away of this place. Everything is dirty and age. I should say they hire a very good photographer. The sheet and line looks dirty. I highly doubt they haven’t been cleaned from last guest.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! For the price it was a comfy room and very clean. Bed and linens were comfy and AC worked great. There is an awesome brewery across the street where you can buy to go beer and order a pizza too! I love the little garden area to hang out among the succulents. Water was really hot, shower was a little small but that was my only semi-complaint! Last but definitely not least the staff was so very nice and accommodating! Will definitely be back the next time in Sac!

I've stayed here a few times now. The rates are reasonable, the staff's friendly, the rooms are decent. There's a cool, funky vibe that ties it all together.

Front desk really ruin. My bf couldn't get in because I took the key with me when I went out. He went to front desk lady and ask her to open the door for him. She told him to wait in front room I will open for you. He wait almost 10 minutes she still not show up. He walked to ask her again and she said she couldn't leave her office here is the key.wth? Why not tell him from the beginning if you couldn't. She isn't helpful at all and has attitude. If you are owner or supervisor read this review her name is Anna.
