The Greeter's Corner Restaurant, Laguna Beach CA

First time came here with kids.the server lady aproach to us kinda mean way.and we start ordering our food.usaul my little ones divide a burger that how much they eat.but server was 1 burger for 2 people.asked in a sarcastic way.she is start bringing food one by one after a good gap.later when still thanked her in her own language.she is ooohhh you iranian.i say no i speak the language.her personality changed 360.she taught we arabs at first.when i say no we are not arabs or iranian.she is like [God Save us all from Arabs] what the hell is this mean? Very racist even i am not arab but why would they say that? She needs to sit home or apologize for her stupid behavior.

Sunday morning, sat on the patio enjoyed the ocean and beach view. Delicious eggs Benedict, massive burger with fried egg, breakfast quesadilla was delicious as well. Really loved the Spanish latte! Our server, Ati was wonderful!

Such bad service. It them one hour to get the server’s attention, order, and get one burger and a nacho. Extremely slow.

Always wonderful, I had a relaxing crab Eggs Benedict with a great Bloody Mary! I love sitting outside overlooking the ocean. The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend The Greeters Corner.

Over priced with mediocre food quality.
Watch your bill. Charge on my credit card was higher than the bill I saw.

The food is ok, location is good with good sunset views. Service was aweful. Waited an hour for one item fish and chips. Worst part was waitress never apologized for delay! She brought a tray of desserts and asked if we wanted something for dessert like charity! They can’t handle being busy!

Had the Best time with our Server Jean earlier today! Friendly, fun, so sweet and did a great job! Family enjoyed the food, and Everyone who worked there! Hats off to you all and Thank you Jean! We so appreciated you! You’re The Best!

Very Disappointing. Outside the restaurant they had a sign saying 13.95 BEST fish & chips. This is what we wanted so of course in we go! We sit down and see the menu the fish & chips is $26 so we ask about the special or whatever we saw our front. Waitress told us this is only for to go orders… so we are like ok that’s false advertising then since it’s like almost double what we thought.but we decided to get it & stay anyways. We asked waitress for ice waters. She says they have bottled or sparkling (did not offer us tap). Then we saw them bringing our regular waters to other people.our food wasn’t anything special at all. My sons kids meal was a whopping 12.95! No drink no nothing just plain pasta noodles. When they came out they were clearly old microwaved noodles. They were stiff & dry looking. My son didn’t take one bite of them. Overall it was such a let down & waste of money. Food was bad, service was bad, kinda ruined our trip to laguna beach as it was our first time there.

The food here is a bad joke. The fish tacos smelled rotten and the nachos were just cold chips and velveeta, they didn’t even come with salsa. If they didn’t have a prime location on the beach they could never get away with this.

Ate my breakfast here, I ordered spinach omelette, the spinach wasn’t fresh & I couldn’t eat it, shared this with waitress, she believed that spinach is fresh but didn’t tasted it, she said I can order something else (raised her voice saying this!) I said I’m ok with same plate but please don’t cook the spinach & bring it separately (raw as a side) second time it was fresh, reasonable piece (omelette with coffee $30)

First off, after reading some reviews.this is not a high end restaurant and shouldn't be expected for gourmet food. With that said, the items they do have exceeded our expectations for the quality and care that went into each dish! I ordered the highly recommended fish and chips and my wife ordered the crab and avocado, on a brioche bun, and sweet potato fries - both dishes were hot, fresh and well-proportioned and you can tell the locals and tourists, like us, enjoy it!

From a service perspective, our waitress was Jean and she was top-notch. She was personable, knowledgeable, a leader and even a hero (she helped a young boy find his mom at the beach!). Overall, a great time, great vibes and we will be back for another simple but great experience at the Greeter's Corner restaurant!

Our experience at this restaurant was marred by an unfortunate incident. Despite three weeks of pleasant holiday dining, this establishment left a sour taste in our mouths. The waitress took it upon herself to determine the tip she should receive resulting in an inflated total bill of $88 for what should have been a $65 overpriced meal. The service itself was minimal, involving merely taking our order and delivering the food.

The quality of the food further compounded our disappointment. My son's overcooked chicken sandwich and the excessively salty hot dog my daughter received left us unsatisfied. The fact that we felt taken advantage of by the waitress only added insult to injury. Rather than address the situation, we opted to pay and leave, feeling as though we were victims of a calculated scheme.

In the end, our visit to this restaurant was far from enjoyable. The combination of overpriced service and subpar food quality made us regret choosing this establishment. The self-serving attitude of the waitress and the lackluster dining experience have left us feeling like we were robbed of both our money and the opportunity for a pleasant meal.

The food was good but not special, then when we wanted to check out the female waitress added a 20% tip which was almost 20 dollars, way more than I wanted

Disgusting old food i went few days before horrible service only focus on money they serve uncooked chiken so called barb q after their food i had food poisoning they forcefully charge me for 18%tips first time i see someone charge tip like that because they know after horrible experience no one comes back there restrooms were really dirty even bad smell was coming outside they didn't even put handwash inside.on v busy place they opened and they only robbing coustomers for bad service
