Have been taking my dog to Josh and co.for over six years, always a great experience, would never go anywhere else!

My experience at this grooming place was beyond frustrating. Mike, the person I entrusted with my specific instructions, didn't listen at all. I specifically said my dog is matted, but to only take off half today and the rest would have to be done another time. Instead, Jasmine ended up being the one who shaved my dog, completely disregarding my wishes and never even called to ask my permission. The owner wasn’t there, but in the past he has always done a great job grooming my dog. Mike and Jasmine should be fired. They refused to even out my dog, and refused to do their jobs. This entire situation was a total nightmare, from start to finish, and I would strongly advise against using their services. (2nd photo shows original hair length).

Love love love this team! So friendly and they always remember and take special care of our boy. Our dog has absolutely nothing but excitement coming here! 15/10:)

Great spot to send your pet for a day of spoiling at the spa. Great pricing, and you won't find a more friendly, caring, and trustworthy owner like Josh. Mike, the store manager, and his team are truly special and very skilled at what they do. Highly recommend this groomer!

The Groom room did an amazing job on my female pitbull my family also brings their dogs and I highly recommend the groom room I also like this place because it’s open on a Sunday

We LOVE The Groom Room! I found this place for myself and my dog walking client at a street fair where the owner confidently told me that he would be cheaper and better quality than the groomer I was using at the time. We decided to give them a shot and we have never looked back! We average about $10 less per service than our former grooming place and the pups always come out smelling fresh and looking healthy! My one client who I bring here is very sensitive about his nails and ears and the groomers are always able to take care of him:)

SO AMAZING! LET ME JUST START OUT BY SAYING SUPERAMAZING PLACE and STAFF definitely the kind of place that The owners leave happy but the dogs leave even happier

LOVE this place! They did such a good job on my Goldendoodle Basil. From making her feel comfortable to giving her a good scrub and trim. Staff is super friendly and professional. Could not recommend this place enough!

I've been meaning to write this for AGES! I was first introduced to Josh and The Groom Room nearly 1.5 years ago by my Sitter. Josh and his team do an amazing job with my 7-y/o, 27lb cockapoo rescue.

Josh was AMAZING! I was really nervous about finding a new groomer for my 2.5 year old mini aussiedoodle because I’m very particular and Josh absolutely crushed it! He is so kind, so gentle and loving with her and Quinn will now be a regular at the Groom Room!

Great shop. Rex the dog was happy. Had a clean cut. Nails trimmed to the proper length. Now take a moment to bask in the cuteness that is the groomed Rex dog. Brought to you in no small part by The Groom Room.

My micro chihuahua, L’ili was scared of the groomers at PetCo; so, they didn’t finish trimming her nails after over 10 minutes of trying with 2 groomers simultaneously. They left 1/2 of her nails undone and told me only a vet could do it. I brought her to The Groom Room and they knew exactly how to handle her so she wouldn’t squirm. (I had forgotten about them after all the Covid business shut downs/confusion. They had done her nails before quickly and calmly.) They finished her nails in about 2-3minutes, lol. She sat there calmly and content, as usual! They are very affordable too! (I was not paid for this review.)

The best groom my Pekingese ever had, Michael is very good and he now will be our new groomer.

This place is amazing! We took our bichon frisé for a cut and they were attentive and careful with our little pup. They gave her the most adorable teddy bear cut! Very reasonably priced! Compared to some “boutique” places in the valley, this is a great value and great bath and cut!

Josh and staff were great! I haven't taken Rick to a new groomer in over 8 years as my fur baby is my most precious gift. Now that he is 12 and has developed seizures, i was even more nervous. Not only was Josh understanding, he also informed me that in his experience dryers can trigger them and asked if I was okay with an air dry! My answer was of course! But most importantly it reassured me to know end that he was knowledgeable, has a handfull of other clients with similar issues and educated me along the way. Also when i let him.know that I was prefered to have him in the kennel as little as possible Nd was available to pick him up ASAP, he was able fto accommodate me picking him.up within 45 minutes algave rick a whole bag of treats to go and all with a same day appointment!

I’m so happy I found this place, and so is my doggy, Bruno! They are so kind and gentle. They also take care of their repeat customers and sometimes throw services in for free. Just a solid place with great customer service which is so refreshing these days. Big thanks to Josh and his entire team.
