The Groom Room Barbershop, Redding CA

My 2 teenage sons wanted haircuts, at 3pm on Xmas eve. Luckily, the grooms room was open. One man was working and he took such care and spent an hour plus with each boy in order for them to be satisfied that they got their ideas across to him, which resulted in fantastic haircuts! Thank you to the professional attitude and the lack of concern for the time and the date. I highly recommend this place. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the hairdressers name!

Jalen Rawls did a fantastic job on my grandson hair, I totally recommend him! Thank you Jalen, we will diffently be back!

Fantastic shop. I didn't catch my barber's name, but his service was top notch. Great vibes, put on the SNF game while I was in the chair, and just overall nailed the job. Got exactly the cut I asked for, and even the cleanup with the straight razor at the end.

I Made an appointment for 12: 00 got there at 11: 50 sat there til 12: 40 finally just walked out.

God awful. How you the owner and constantly confirming appointments and never there…multiple times horrible customer service

Who ever is driving around in the minivan in Arizona with your name on it should have a breathalyzer. He almost hit 3 people on the 101 north.

So I made an appointment for my son today at 10: 45 for the first available person which happened to be Jalen. We showed up a little early he was with another client and he said he would be right with us. 35 minutes minutes later and he was still not done. I do believe in my heart that for whatever reason he didn’t really want to cut my sons hair. We ended up just walking out. I have other appointments and my time is valuable as I’m sure Jalens is. I am beyond upset I will never bring any of my family back. Appreciate you wasting my time Jalen

Worst experience.my boyfriend has been growing his hair out 4 awhile now & needed a clean up, so we went in for a long fade and beard trim and came out with a short buzz cut. He was perfectly clear on wut he wanted done & got the opposite. We r so disappointed. $40 spent on sumthing we could've done at home. Nick u suck at wut u do.

Had walked in a day before setup a haircut and no one acted like they wanted to help they had their phones to look at wouldn’t recommend going back there.

Kids cut. Emma charged us 30 plus dollars - paid 37 with tip and all for worst kids haircut I’ve seen. Looked good with gel - without gel … which is how kids normally wear their hair it was very very uneven and horrible! Text Emma to have her try to fix it. She scheduled an appointment with me but failed to let me know that she had just quit working at the groom room and moved across town to Westside fades. Not cool. I show up to the groom room and they are willing to fix but only after me waiting an hour listening to “bitch suck my dick” music. Won’t be returning to this place for sure. Won’t be having Emma cut my sons hair again either.
