Driving 20 mins in rush hour traffic. Line was not busy for once and i had 2 kids meals! You forgot the whole burger in the bag. Seriously with only the candy in the bag. And now i tried calling the store with the # online but i cant even get threw says contact online!
Jennifer the cashier and her manager Eric were outstanding with their customer service tonight. I live within walking distance of this place, decided to walk over and order a Portobello Char burger. When I got back home, I was slightly annoyed to see my order was wrong, so I decided I would just walk back to have it fixed. When I got back, their doors were locked and they were mid-closing inside, so I knocked a little persistently kind of expecting disgruntled exasperation because I'm sure they all just wanna go home. (I work at a food restaurant too, so I can empathize.) But no, the door was opened with a smile, I told them what was wrong and they fixed it for me in only a few minutes, even offering extra fries and a drink. I feel like they went an extra mile to make me happy. 10/10 would recommend this specific Habit location solely based on the employees. Jennifer and Eric - if you're reading this - thank you very much. Keep being awesome humans.
Very clean and friendly staff. They offer many ingredients and condiments that would amp up your already delicious meal. And their hand crafted drinks are my favorite!

While I’m a huge In N Out fan, the Habit is actually better! What I really like about the Habit is that the food is served HOT and fresh. The wait time isn’t too bad, the dining room is comfortable and clean, and the staff is very nice and accommodating.
