The Habit Burger Grill, North Hollywood CA

Haven't tried the food yet but I ordered a burger, fries, and drink package over Uber eats today and they forgot my coke -_- they should be more careful

I always have a good experience at the Habit regardless of location and that includes the Noho store on Lankershim. The service is fast and friendly and the food is as good as any and better than most. The char burger is my go-to but everything I've tried has kept me coming back for more.

Came here with friends after a meeting. They have a nice system set up. You order and they hand you a little device, you wait and as soon as the device starts flashing you know your order is ready. No more not hearing them scream your order number. I like this place

Teriyaki burger was good! I love that I can bite an onion ring and the onion stays lol and their ranch is good it not bottled ranch.

This location took my money and never gave me credit and I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, I cancelled my order with them. And never get my credit back as they promise.

I love their tempura green beans but this last time I spent $4 for them, I only got 15 green beans. Every time I go I feel like I get less and less. Super disappointing. Ngl. I made my own burger to go along with it. Look at that sad small amount. /:

Had the brunch charburger, which was decent. Fries are a little oversalted. Pretty much comparable with Burger King or Wendy's quality.

If I could give it more stars I would. Amazing customer service and amazing food. This place has the best Oreo shakes hands down!

I've always enjoyed the habit especially the California well that it's the Santa Barbara it's change name. Great beverages with the flavored drinks I love the fried green beans or tempura green beans. What a great hamburger and a great product all in all specially the chicken nuggets. Sorry no pictures from the last encounter with the habit.

I'm partial to The Habit's charbroiled flavored burgers. The fries are notable, too, but just wish they were more generous with them. I also really appreciate how seamless their online ordering system is during the pandemic-era. The Habit's easily one of the better burger chains around.

I just wanted a nice meal for dinner the food was ok but the restaurant was unappetizing the staff aren't welcoming kinda rude the guy was patio was very dirty definitely not practicing an covid recommendations I didn't know this location stop doing milk shakes at 9: 00pm compared to other locations. I really would like to come back on better terms with this restaurant.

I waited outside after ordering and I ate in my car in the parking lot due to COVID. Food was still good and parking lot has lots of space.

, indoor dining is closed. Outdoor tables are available but no seats-just the tables. Theyake you wait outside after you order. Free parking lot shared with cvs

This is a bad review related to the service, not the food. 11/6/20 around 5pm. Lady giving orders said rudely (after I gave her the order number to get my pick up) "we don't do order number, only by the name. " Later, I saw the order number on the ticket. So obviously the order number is there. She made me feel like if it was my fault for not finding my pick up with my name. Very rude. Hopefully the owners work on giving staff a better customer service training because the burgers are great.

How have I never reviewed The Habit Burger Grill? ! I used to go here all the time when I worked downtown. There's really not much to say about this place except that they make delicious burgers. I like to jazz it up with a runny egg.

Best veggie burgers ever! It has a nice smoky flavor too! Be sure to ask for the bbq sauce. I don't know what brand it is but they're sauce is EVERYTHING!

Near my house and within walking distance.
Went there tonight to get a salad, ordered the Santa Barbara Cobb.
Mostly iceberg lettuce, and everything was finely diced, and very little of everything. There was barely any chicken, bacon, egg, tomato, or cheese, and some of the lettuce was brown.
It was disappointing and I didn't get my moneys worth.
I won't order that again!

Terrible custoer service. Manager did not care. The staff has no clue what's going on. On top of it all they got my order wrong after I waited for 35 mins. I asked for a refund and left. Zero stars. 7/11/2020 - 740pm

Not a complaint or anything, just not open at the moment under the assumption due to covid. I'm hoping they'll update when it's open again. Missed them.
