Always great service, super efficient, and clean. Delicious food at an amazing price, one of our favorites.

Great assortment of burgers, alternate proteins, the best onion rings and shakes, too. Glad they've moved into Northern California

Thank you The Habit for ruining my dinner again. I'm vegan and I don't eat mayonnaise. I asked without and you sent with mayonnaise. Thanks for spoiling my dinner. I'm very angry

The barbecue bacon CHARburger was delicious, as always, and I had wonderful service from Miguel at the cash register. Will definitely stop by next time I’m in town.

Nice place. I'm pretty regular over there since it's so close to my work. They're friendly here and are pretty consistent on the food. The Santa Barbara char can be hit or miss sometimes. But the ole faithful double char is pretty consistent.

Listen, listen, Linda listen! If you want some amazing food that is fast food but delicious, as well as amazing customer service, this is the place to be! I’m vegan and I got the veggie burger, green beans, sweet potato fries and cauliflower without the sauce and it was amazing. Sadly found out the onion rings have dairy but my family member early obliged! We had a party of 8 so doing the computer screen was awesome and we didn’t run off a young employee in madness with all our back and forth lol! 10/10 recommend!
Side note, the manager on was incredibly patient with my family member who is not tech savvy and was not understanding email receipt that SHE opted for. So kudos to her and thank you!

I wish I could rate better, but I have consistently getting my orders wrong. The food is great, the service is friendly sometimes, don't order curbside most of the time they don't like to bring out your food. I once waited 20 mins after my order was ready trying to call an associate because I wasn't properly dressed for public viewing. It took me calling the ordering line to have them call the store to have them bring out my food. Other times I just went in & found my food on the pick up rack. Bathrooms & restaurant pretty clean just lacking the customer appreciation aspect. It's more like a I'm just tryna do my job & get paid vibe.

Problems with the app when it comes to in-app offers, but the employees will help work out those problems. Speedy fast solution when it came to the problem I had with my coupon offer. Good food and service.

The flavor was good, I liked it on the toast instead of a Bun But the hamburger Patty was so small and so thin all I tasted was lettuce, avocado, cheese and tomato

Average burgers! I had to try The impossible n it was GREAT! Can't tell any difference in taste of beef or texture!

Dbl. Charburger is a winner. Chicken sandwiches are really good as well. Staff is always friendly and establishment is clean and well maintained.

Amazing melts in your mouth everything was perfect from the hamburgers to the fried green beans and onions rings

I'm sorry people but for me it was average, I didn't like the shredded lettuce the mayo just made it really sloppy, but good!
