The Habit Burger Grill, Lodi CA

10/12/2022: Visited this site for the first time. No one was in the restaurant so we were able to get our food quickly. I had the ahi burger, hubby had the crispy chicken sandwich, and we both had the sweet potato fries and shared the roasted cauliflower. The cauliflower was done well as they were tender, had bits of char, and seasoned well. The sweet potato fries were done perfectly. We both enjoyed our sandwiches. They were prepared well, though there wasn't anything special about them. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Great burgers and fries and shakes. But be prepared for a long wait. If you’re in a hurry maybe think about ordering ahead. Other than that I love it.

Best burgers in Lodi! The cook Shelly I think that was her name did a bang up job on cooking the food. Everything from the chicken to the fries and I think the fried green beans was outstanding! Can't wait to go again!

My first time here. I got the Santa Barbara, so good and the fries were big enough to split between my husband and myself. Very good

This joint is disgusting as they will often cross contaminate. They don't pay attention and get my order wrong every time. Unless you have a gas mask I don't suggest you go into the restroom because it's like going to a Chevron gas station. If you're trying to go on a diet just stop by the habit and go into the restroom. I promise you're guaranteed to lose your appetite.

Grilled peach salad was not the best. Peaches were green inside and hard with grill marks on them. The core of the lettuce was used and I would not buy again. Also when they let kids take over the seating instead of the paying guests it can be quite annoying.

I just did an online order from here. I wanted and paid for cheese on a crispy chicken sandwich. I didn't get that. No cheese and the bun is hard as a rock. Thanks so much because I can't even contact anyone to complain.

A fairly decent place to eat. Plus my daughter works that so of course it's a wonderful place to eat. Sweet potatoe fries are amazing. And staff is always awesome. TY guys much appreciated!

The old woman who is currently at the cash register was horrible to us and we left. Racism still exists and it's my first time experiencing it. I want nothing to do with this restaurant ever again. Thanks for the sobering experience though.

Food is always fresh and the staff is friendly and attentive. Santa Barbara Cobb, Tempura Green Beans and the Teriyaki Char are favorites.

Reliably good food for the price.

Keto options include lettuce wraps, but they if you ask you can get beef patties and cheese alacart. Their salads are good. I feel the crispy chicken salad is the best.

Outside of keto, deep fried green beans are an amazing side option somewhat unique to Habit.

Personal favorites are the Portabella, Crispy Chicken (w avocado added), and green beans. They also have great chicken nuggets. I’d rather eat here than the In-N-Out. They have kids meals and great portions on their salads.

Ordered car side pickup. No napkins, no condiments, burger not made the way I asked. However food is typically good here.

Do not order curbside pickup. Upon arrival I notified the restaurant that I was there. I then sat in the car with my kids for nearly 30 minutes, finally went inside to find my food simply sitting on the counter getting cold. Also, workers were not busy whatsoever.

Used to be much better; food quality seems like it has slipped since Yum! Brands (Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC) bought The Habit in early 2020.

These clowns are beyond incompetent. I have never received an order that was 100% correct. Whoever owns this location should be stripped of their franchise.

Great food. Better than their competitor across the street. Habits fries are edible not like their competitor. (In+O) Food hot and served as ordered. Favorite place for burgers.

At the Habit Burger Grill, I tried their specialty burger Santa Barbara char served on sourdough bread with fresh avocado, and it was delicious bite after bite. I will come back. I'll be making it into a habit.lol

The order was not correct. Ordered a double char cheese with no onions. Order was 15 minutes late. They seemed overwhelmed. Got home with a single char that was not completely cooked.

Terrible service. Rude manager. Had to deal with an incorrectly made order, and was given rude glares due to them having to remake the food that they had failed to build correctly. This place needs to rehire effective managers.
