14I got the double char burger with cheese. It was quite good. They have an interesting innovative menu and friendly service and it's basically a quality place.
Family meal best deal. Giving 5 star because of the value. Everything else is a 4 star or lower.
Good chicken sandwich. Parking is easy. The cashier, Cash, was pleasant and friendly. We dined in. The tables were clean.
20 minute plus waits for burgers, more concerned with door dash than the people standing in front of them. Got ignored today when I walked in, done with this place, finally walked out and went to In-n-Out. Carlsbad location is better.
This is a great burger place! (Also can have fish or chicken.) Fresh and well presented ingredients. A very friendly staff. Overall, a very enjoyable meal in a casual place.
The service at this restaurant is very slow, a disrespect for the customer. They took too long to serve us and to get the order ready.
This is our closest HB, and our first few orders I had nothing but rave reviews. The food was very reasonable and the steak sandwich was fantastic. Idk what’s happened here but they have messed up five of our last seven orders. Wrong food, cold, failing to bring out our food in a timely manner… when I had to walk in and pick up the food after a curbside order the lady who seemed to be the manager told me that I failed to check in and was quite rude. Oh and why can’t I seem to get ranch? Your sides are ok without ranch, but really they are taken to the next level with. I noticed there is a new “opt in” for condiments, which is fine and stayed my complaint until I was sure I hadn’t missed it… but if you make me specifically ask you for ranch I should absolutely get it.
Btw we stopped coming to your store for a few months because we weren’t getting what we ordered, I guess we’ll have to turn elsewhere again. Very disappointed.
Interesting watching staff prep orders as it appears they blatantly show disregard to delivery drivers. The “amigos, ” working hate them as I saw how they interact with food delivery drivers. One driver said, “this location hates Door Dash drivers and intentionally hold up orders…” His order was ready and the Latina behind counter took extra few minutes to hand it over knowing he was waiting. She thinks to driver suffers, which he does in a way, but the customer also pays the price for cold food. After seeing this behavior, I won’t be coming back here.
Been going to Habit for years at many locations. This spot is the worst in terms of customer service. FIRST, I WITNESSED THE BLONDE OLDER LADY TOUCH THE TIP OF HER NOSE THEN CONTINUE TO MAKE ICE CREAM CONES FOR ABOUT 3 CUSTOMERS. Then she walks around and picked up something on the floor with fingers touching floor…. Again doesn’t wash hands and continued back in food prep area. It’s not unique to this establishment, but always sickening to see as it happens.she’ll deny it and manager will cover for her.
Slow, no greeting by staff or “manager, ” in blue shirt. I see the same bald guy working here. Typically in a sour mood, probably hates serving customers, spends more time chatting with staff. Food sitting on counter getting cold. Two other customers, including myself had to ask for our food sitting there. No sorry, apology…. Will take my $$ elsewhere. Habit does steady biz, so my comments won’t impact the revenue, but they won’t get my $10+ again.
Waited 10 minutes to get helped, the manager was looking at me the whole time he didn’t even said try our self kiosk or he didn’t bother mentioning that. Maybe they’re short staffed but he had time to help customer waiting in line.
Employees never really smile or seem happy. My burger bun was stale. The food was too salty. The fries were old and chewy. Other than that same Habit experience.and it's not a habit.
Horrible customer service. I was the only one in line.kept waiting to order but the Manager in the blue shirt and mustache ignored me even after making eye contact. I was fed up after he continued to ignore me so I left upset. I guess the online ordering takes priority. I will not be coming back!
The manager is extremely rude and ignores customers that aren’t white. Would give 0 stars if I could tbh.
