The Habit Burger Grill, San Dimas CA

My family and I always enjoy coming here. I feel like the prices are reasonable and you get a good value. The tempura green beans are definitely worth trying. My go-to burger is a Santa Barbara char. This place is really well kept up and clean, great spot in your family is hungry

On vacation tried on a whim and everything was delicious. Hamburger was juicy and well seasoned. Would highly recommend. Good food for your money. You can taste the difference from a drive thru burger.

I didn't go here for awhile then my lady got my a burger w white chese.was way better

Friendly but always takes a long time even when you order ahead. And when you ask how long the answer is always 5 more minutes which is not true.

One of the tastiest hamburgers around. Sometimes they cook the meat patties medium (slightly pink) and sometimes they cook them well, so it’s a good idea to always specify how you like your meat cooked.

Update: The Habit contacted me and made it up to me and on another visit they had great service and good food. Im thinking my last visit was a fluke or maybe new employees.

So disappointed, ordered a double char combo with no mayo no pickle. I got both mayo and pickle and only a single patty on my burger. Bun was hard, like it had been toasted and then left out. Fries were way over salted. Ive been here a couple times and food has been good but this last visit was just awful and lost the built up good will.

Good food, ordered on line, especially liked the fried green beans.
Watch out for the drivers in the lot (poorly designed), somebody stopped behind me yesterday, preventing my leaving; Rude!

Great service and not a bad waiting time. I'm just not a big fan of the food here. I was in for my free birthday burger that I get every year, hoping I'll like it better but to me it was mediocre. Nice friendly staff and it got a little busy after I ordered, so I guess people like this food more than I do! Until next year!

The burgers are great and always great service as well. The fries green beans are amazing as well.
However I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and was very my disappointed. The chicken was one of the driest piece of fried chicken I ever had in my entire life. I wish I kept the receipt but threw it away. The grilled chicken club is great, BUT their fried chicken sandwich is ungodly, couldn’t even eat it because it was like eating concrete!

Great burgers! Open pepper bar & self-serve drinks! No mask required! Great tempura green beans has a substitute for fries!

Oh My Goodness! I am APPALLED, I cannot believe the irresponsible safety protocol that this place has! I ordered my food at almost 4 PM today and i didn’t notice the very large puddle of water on the floor without a caution wet floor sign to show that there was a spill there! Unfortunately I slipped and fell pretty hard on my knee and the managers did not see my slip and only ONE worker asked me if I was alright. It’s pretty messed up honestly and I can’t believe the manager didn’t do anything about my slip. Please the Habit DO BETTER!

Good food! The Santa Bárbara char is very tasty, but a little sloppy to eat so have plenty of napkins. Onion rings were delicious and the fries were good.

My wife and I share the Superfood salad with a side of tempura green beans and it is perfect for the both of us. The kale Pesto Vinaigrette is so good and just the great balance of flavors. So delicious.

Smiles and great service! The food is reasonably priced and travels well because it is HOT and FRESH right when you get it. Fun sides! Give them a try. I'm very happy with my experience.

This was my first time at this branch of Habit. They do not disappoint with the food quality but they do not enforce stay 6ft away from others rules or using separate entry and exit doors. Just letting people do whatever the heck they want.

Very helpful staff, pleasant and accommodating. Outdoor seating very intimate. Oh and the burger is better than in & out.

I have avoided Habit for over a year. Which was my favorite place. The reason: the poor quality of food and horrible employee actions, but yesterday, I went and it was back to great food and quality employees

Ordered online and was texted when the order was ready and the pickup itself was in and out. Food was awesome as expected.

Wish I would have taken a picture. I stood back and watched all these beautiful French Fries come out the kitchen. I couldn't wait to get my food and eat it. I grabbed my bag and went to get my drink which was an ice tea. I shook the cup and there was no ice. It was hot outside about 92 degrees- so I wanted ice in my ice tea. I said politely there is no ice in here. She said you want ice in your tea? I said well, it is ice tea- so that would be yes. I would like some ice please. So I get my ice and go to my car to eat my food. I pull out the fries and they are all dark brown. Either bad potatoes or burned- or a combo of both. Not even sure how that could happen as every thing I saw looked great but leave it to happen to me. Wont go back for a while. Hope your experience is than mine was. So sad because the habit is my very favorite.
