The Habit Burger Grill, Elk Grove CA

Very tasty and very filling one of those sandwiches is like 3 and half Big Macs fries are are just a little bit softer then normal and most of the onion rings tasted absolutely amazing there are also refillable, sodas and refillable, ketchup and hot sauce and everything else. It also cost around 10 bucks which is amazing for like 3 and a half Big Macs also known as the one burger in the restaurant

The veggie burger is dry and kinda sad. I did enjoy the deep fried spicy green beans. The best part is the spicy sauce comes on the side when you order Togo! They are not spicy without the sauce so you can share the large portion! Ranch dip was good too!

Normally this place is great, today it was a mess. The order system didn’t work so you have to purchase everything online, of course the order was wrong…

This order was for 4 people, which cost $56.00. I ordered my charburger with tomatoes, raw onions and mayo. My burger came with no tomatoes, no onions and no mayo. All I had was wilted lettuce, a dab of mustard and ketchup, and 2 pickles. I had to cut and put my own onions and tomatoes on my burger. The sweet tea (which I ordered, but didn't get was now a tropical tea) and the tropical teas were not sweet at all. They were very bitter. Most of the fries were too hard to eat. Highly disappointed with this meal. I will not be ordering from here again.

The staff is good. Burgers are nice and juicy. Thus place to put some light on their sign. In evening it seems the place is closed with sign not lit up.

This is good for fast food. Fantastic menu options (beef, chicken, and fish), along with fries (both regular and sweet potato) and tempura green beans. I enjoy ordering an ahi tuna salad or the ahi tuna filet burger. The service is swift and friendly.terrace and indoor seats. It's a pleasure.

3 times I have given this location a chance and they can't get it right. I specifically asked the girl for a ciabatta roll with my chicken sandwich because there bread gets soggy fast. She had no idea about the ciabatta (Which clearly states as an option on the menu) but I told her twice that's what I wanted. I got home and soggy bread again! How educated and how much training does it take to follow simple orders! The prices have increased drastically, but the service is terrible, come on! I will not return to any Habit Burger again simply for there lack of attention to small detail. I'd rather go to 5 Guys Burgers where they follow orders and have a much better burger!

I was told this would be the best burger ever. I personally didn't care for it. The meat was tough and had a weird flavor. The sweet potato fries were very greasy and cold.

Fast service but confused employees. My fries and veggie burger came out delicious thankfully! Clean restrooms too. Great stop when traveling.

When we order via App or online, the staff consistently gets the order incorrect about 80% of the time. It's been about 1 1/2 years since I returned and no change. I don't think they look at the details of the order and just start making food. No care in quality, and have to return to have the food made to order, but that takes another 35 minutes to have it remade. I'm sad to feel this way, but we will not be a returning customer, not at this one or any other.

I'm now disappointed with their service. I wish they would use a separate bag for fries, onion rings and making sure everything is cooked when ordered.

Good food. Service was slow. Got 3 employees packing food orders when not needed and 1 cashier with like 20 people in line. Would've been good if the 3 packers had 1 of them come help out on the register. Why have 2 registers and only 1 cashier with 20 people in line though? Sheesh!

I love this place! Especially one if the workers Tania, who was so gracious and sweet after I spilled my drink by salad bar she was cleaning. She kept reassuring me that it was ok and not to worry. Made me feel much better! Thank you Tania for being so sweet and gracious!

My husband went in and ordered food tonight for take out. Now, keep in mind, we'd already had an incident already where the order was taken but what was given was completely wrong but we were nearby and thought we'd give the place another chance, thinking it happens. The order was repeated back correctly but when he got home it was completely wrong. The wait time for the food was 30 minutes he was told but they were not busy at all.hardly anyone there in person. We live about 15- 20 minutes away from this location and the frustration of having to drive back and wait another 30 minutes for them to make the correct food was not worth the hassle. Our food was ice cold and needed to be heated up, scraped up and fixed because it was wrong, and it took way too long. We both agreed we will not be returning to this location. Trust me -avoid this location. Your hard earned money should go to other places that actually care about getting your order right

Fries and tempura green beans are cold because they sit around waiting for the other food to be cooked. The people taking the order take the order correctly but the cooks don't seem to pay attention to the order from at all. Our order was completely wrong but we ate it anyway because the wait time was substantial even though there were few customers in the restaurant and there were 5 people cooking so they didn't look short staffed. When we complained they just keep saying OK OK OK and you get the feeling that nothing will change. They dont seem to care. Management needs to step up and supervise these people. We will decide if we want to dine here again. We like the food when it is done correctly and hot. This is not the first time this has happened.

Very bad experience.take to much time to prepare the food.order on line and take about 40 minutes and it not all give me the wrong food.

While I do like The Habit's burgers, it is a little frustrating that I can't order a one with mayo and ketchup and not have not turn into an oozing mess when attempting to eat it.
