Food was great! Restroom is dirty. It smells like someone smoked in the Restroom. Service was very helpful.

A great burger for sure; presentation, preparation, taste. Worth the cost to have a "real" burger n fries.

Everyone there should be in gloves that handle any food. The only one with that exception should be the cashier. Nice and friendly service. Clean all the time. Great food.

I normally never post reviews, but I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. I have been to multiple other habits with zero problems at all. This one is three for three with incredibly long wait times and bad service… the most recent visit I tried curbside and sat in my car for 25 minutes before going in to find my food sitting cold on the counter. Sorry, but this location is giving a place I normally enjoy a bad reputation.

This Location struggles with a correct order.
The last time was the last time, I took the refund and will never try this Location again. Ordered a teriyaki burger only to get home and its a regular char. Stop waking and baking if you can't handle it. Yall collectively slow.

I left my purse with my wallet yesterday on a chair. The staff found and kept it secure.

This Habit is not that good. For some reason, the one Santa Cruz was phenomenal. Maybe it was made with love, lol. It's still a good burger not compared to others Habit

This is my second experience with the habit and every time I go there I ask him for no salt. I get food with salt. I ask them for no cheese and they still put the cheese on there so they're not listening or being trained. I guess I don't know but it's really frustrating, especially when you don't live close by that place

Haven't been here in a while, and the burger hit the spot! I had a charburger with cheese. It was prepared and seasoned well. The sweet potato fries and onion rings were delicious. I also appreciate the friendliness and service of the staff. Thank you!

This place is so dirty, so slow, they treat people angry. We do not recommend, do not come. At the same time, we asked for pickles, they said no. It's been 35 minutes since we ordered.

Tried their single burger when they opened years ago and was mediocre and didn't go back April 2023 when I was craving a good burger. Inside the restaurant was pretty empty, but they were busy with many delivery orders. I hope it was just my order that was like this, I ordered a bbq bacon double char, I guess the cashier did not hear me. I got a single burger with literally a drop of bbq sauce, but was charged for a single. Points for the toasted bun adding flavor, however the thickness of the bun was not my preference, fresh veggies inside BUT the meat had a semi-rubbery texture that reminded me of boiled kidneys (which I eat), but I've never had a burger patty that texture before. Tempura green beans were amazing (10/10 recommend), fries were good in the way you can tell they keep their oil clean and no over salting. The fried chicken sandwich had a crispy edge that reminded me of fried fish and the chicken and batter was bland as if it was not seasoned chicken battered with not seasoned flour and milk. I would have been fooled that my strawberry milkshake was made with real strawberry ice cream or strawberries and vanilla ice cream if it was not for the red syrup dripping down the side of the cup. The chocolate shake is the best not real ice cream shake I've had in town! It tasted like fudge and vanilla ice cream. No weird chemical aftertaste like usual chocolate shakes. I know it's common to use syrups, but getting it all over my hand and it being done so sloppy is something I shouldn't have to deal with. I will be back for a chocolate shake, fries, and fried green beans.and probably to try their nuggets.

My burger was tasteless, under cooked and had 0 seasoning. I will not eat there again. Just plain gross!

The burger was over cooked and dry. Uncharacteristic of this restaurant.

Had a grilled bbq chicken sandwich on a wheat bun with sweet potatoe fries. It was delicious! Will order it again.

Very high-quality food for the price. I highly recommend if you enjoy "char" burgers. The onion rings were fresh and crispy. The staff is friendly and helpful.
