The Habit Burger Grill, Sacramento CA

My family and I were eating in. It was extremely busy and I heard Drew, the manager, tell his workers which foods he needed to complete the order to go out. The thing that made him unique is that he was saying please and thank you but in a very sincere way. As busy as it was, I never heard frustration nor the tone of his voice change in any way. It stayed very calm and kept up with the sincere please and thank you. After the rush, my husband and I heard him give kudos to each and every one of his workers and, at the end, told them all as a group what a great job they had done. I work in a fast-paced medical clinic, and this is the kind of management that every company should have. Someone who sees and recognizes the awesome work that each individual does and keeps the team motivated.

Did an online order, got there sandwiches were sitting on top of their order table, the person working the register said we are preparing order, another person came back from break and boom puts my sandwiches that had been sitting there for about 5-10 minutes in a bag with my onion rings and fries. Did not get my ketchup or ranch that I requested with my order. Would not go back there myself or recommend anyone, friend or enemy, to go eat there.

Probably the kindest and most efficient fast food experience I've had in a long time, the staff were extremely helpful but not overbearing or pushy and seemed to take care in their work.

The advertised new spicy chicken sandwich is one to pass on. Not spicy, just coleslaw and pickles. Cheese was awol

I got to go here with a dear friend today. It's a bit off of Howe Ave. I didn't even know it was here. So glad I know where it is now! This will definitely go in the rotation of eating out.

I had the char burger, fries and a soda. Decent prices. My friend had the char burger with cheese and the tempura green beans. I loved the grilled onions and thick cut pickles on my burger. Fries were very hot! I will definitely take my husband.now that I know it's there!

The manager was amazing how friendly he was, great with kids, and how he kept the kitchen on track in a kind yet commanding way.

They emailed me a free cheeseburger for my birthday. The email said order online. I didn't see a coupon code to use online. It was a QR code. Instructions were to show it to the cashier when picking up the food. I went to pick up my food and was told they could not honor the gift for free cheeseburger. They scanned the QR code so it could say redeemed, but I had to pay for my cheeseburger. This review is about principles and not the cost of the cheeseburger. I was disgusted at their horrible service. I spoke to cashier and she grabbed someone else who looked like supervisor (had a different color shirt on). They said they couldn't do anything about fixing my receipt. They wouldn't amend or void the receipt. I sent an email to their customer service but they never replied. I waited one week to hear back from them. I will never return to this location because of the poor service. It's a joke that they email offer for free food but I couldn't use the coupon to order online. The email did it say I had to order in person. I asked them to cancel my receipt so we could start the order in person with the damn birthday treat but they refused.

We called are ordered in we got there they text me said my ordered was ready when I got it my order was not all there whet back in they were all had bad attitudes had to wait 15 more minutes by the time got home everything was cold never go there again

Excellent customer service the Santa Barbara Char is so delicious highly recommended also the Tempura Green Beans

I love the Habit! I've gone pescatarian, and their salads taste great with their grilled Tuna, and tempura greenbeans taste delicious!

Food is great, but this review is for the management. Went in today, I think his name was Dave? Younger guy, hair in a bun, tattoos! The way this man treated his staff was phenomenal. Very nice, very professional. Complimented them. Let them know the hard work the kitchen was doing was being noticed. Honestly, that goes a long long way being that type of manager. This guy is going places!

Good truck stop with plenty of space to park trucks and trailers. Shaurs and food are also ok. I recommend.

They have 5 people working and can’t seem to get any orders finished. The supervisor seems to be in the way instead of helping.

I wanted to give more then 5 stars to the service provided by staff. Very understanding and co operative. Great food, not too expensive with outdoor sitting n pick up, doordash services available.

My oldest daughter we went together and ate it was good. I love eating lettuces wrap burgers here.

Definitely enjoyed my birthday burger and the garlic fries. It was busy in there and the employees were pretty nice. It didn’t take long for my food either. They aren’t the best burgers but they’re not nasty.

Food is good, some of the slowest service I’ve seen. Don’t order with the online app, you’ll have to wait 15-20 minutes past pickup time for your food.
