16They need to update the prices of the food on the menu in the drive thru. Prices are shown lower than what was charged for. Also they claim to be open until midnight online for the drive thru but that is not the case when I’ve gone around 10 pm. Please do better.
It's Sunday September 10th, came to the habit around 9pm, my bf ordered a shake and about 10 minutes later the guy who took our order (Chris) walked passed us drinking the shake we were waiting on! He literally took our shake and left.mabey he forgot it wasn't his because he was standing around texting.also ordered a teriyaki burger where they forgot the pineapple and a sandwiche they forgot the BBQ sauce but the shake part blew our minds, the audacity.water also doesn't work in men's bathroom
As I was walking up to the door at 4: 49 pm they decided to close early. Wasting ppl time in the rain. Should have been closed for the entire day! Instead of open & closing at a random time. POOR SERVICE!
Pretty darn good! The pineapple in the burger was a little charred for my taste, aside from that. GREAT!

My wife got food poisoning with a fever, by eating their veggie burger. Avoid this place late at night they wont cook your food correctly. Because they are in a rush to clock out and get home not caring what they feed the customers.

Food was delicious. The music was extremely loud workers had a boom box blasting in the back. I had trouble hearing my date that was sitting next to me. Worst experience by far
The girl in the register was very rude not friendly she will speak so low. Didn't take are dollars bill because they only wanted new bills.
The girl that took my order in the drive thru was extremely rude. She wouldn't talk and when she did, you could tell she was irritated. When I asked for condiments, she just closed the window and came back with an attitude. The food was nothing special. It was tasty but the portions are very small yet the prices are really high. I will not be going back due to the poor customer service.
This place is awesome! Their burgers are so delicious! I love the California Cobb salad very tasty
I come to the habit because they have always provided great customer service & carried a very professional fast food chain. Today was really disappointing at the Rialto location. I came at 10 and the restaurant states they close at 10: 30. I came to order a chicken sandwich and they said they were all out of chicken patties. Fine I settled for something else. Order a cone and they said their machine was done for the night. Which was truly unprofessional I understand associates might want to clean up to go home early but it’s really disappointing to set expectations for customers that don’t deliver. If you say you serve till 10: 30 please serve till 10: 30. On top of this experience my onions rings were over burned and they forgot one of my items.
Horrible experience. The manager walked out and rushed my food to me and the drinks stating that was everything. The bag he gave us had 0 burgers after I ordered 6. And only fries.

This location should seal the bags when using delivery drivers. My bag looked like a friend dropped it off. It should be a standard that bags MUST BE SEALED.
