The Habit Burger Grill, Simi Valley CA

I actually love their food and customer service, great location very close to my residence. The staff members are always friendly. Would recommend to others.

Solid food experience as always with The Habit. Only giving 4 stars because it was a long wait time after ordering but I'm sure it is due to a large influx of online orders and wasn't too horrible of a wait.

The food was over salted. There assembly line was chaotic, they literally just threw the food in the bag. It was a mess when I got home and the food was cold.

Sooo Mad and disappointed! With the location on Madera Rd Simi Valley! I get my order incomplete, and when I asked the “manager” there’s was one sandwich missing he just said “sorry the kitchen is closed”
1. Supposedly that location closes at 10: 00, and it was barely 9: 15 when I complain about my order.
2. The manager told me that he was going to give some “tickets” in apology, and after he only came out with a piece of poet with his signature on it because they ran out of the tickets.
3. After a long day you expect to get what you’re paying for and the rest of the food was cold, I wasted my $21.50
Horrible leadership, horrible food, horrible customer service.

We went thru the make-shift Drive thru and were helped by Zach. He was incredibly polite and provided awesome service, although it was hot and many of the cordialities of the ‘no-contact’ seem to be such a hassle for the employees. It was impressive. Thank you!

Overall good quality. We ordered 3 different burgers and they were careful to mark each except they completely got it wrong on the way they marked it versus what was on the sandwich

Great burgers, great salads, great everything! Beware though, they tend to overdress their salads.

The food here is great and the service is fairly quick and courteous.:) Stacy was a sweetheart.

My favorite place for my veggie burger fix with onion rings or sweet potatoe fries! Great customer service as well

When we walked in at 3: 00 today we were greeted immediately and the place was very clean. There were 3 employees sitting around but they scattered behind the counter when they saw us. Our burgers were very good, but a sear on the meat would have made them excellent. The onion rings were fabulous.

This location is awesome! The line is fast and the people who worked here are super friendly and very accommodating! And of course the food is amazingly delicious!

This particular Habit has a larger menu than some, they have a good iced green tea which is unusual for any restaurant. I really had a great experience.

I love the menu options. Great family restaurant. I love the fact that the kids meals come with a gummi burger instead of some crappy toy that I throw away when the kids aren't looking.

Good placement, awesome food (quick bite, good drinks), good atmosphere, two bathrooms can only take two at a time but at least you can lock it. There is table service also, very nice employees

I would eat a teriyaki charburger for every meal every day if it wasn't for a fear of obesity and heart disease.

Took a long time 2 place order, Beware.they want ID if over $25.00. I don't bring ID inside of take out.so that was a problem.been coming here for years (Good food). Just never been treated so poorly

The Habit is my go to place for burgers. They are i credibly priced and way better than all the other fast food burger places in Simi Valley. I always go for the Santa Barbara Style, with onion rings and a lemonade. It is a large portion of great tasting food for a really good value.

Nice friendly employees always willing to help. Great selection of food. I had the grilled tuna and I was not disappointed. 4 stars.
