The Halal Guys reviews
21Small and large are only a buck difference. Ps, no restrooms after 1230am even if you're not a local.
I had a mouth-watering falafel sandwich with the white sauce! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
The service is fine, but the food is poor quality. It sounds like a waterfall every time I use the bathroom after eating here. I've only eaten here twice, the first time because I was curious, the second because I was stupid. Never a third.never a third.
Had a Falafel Sandwich. 2 small Falafel in it. Bit of salad as a "topping". It was so small you would hardly pay 3$. I paid 14,67$. Dont go there again.
My name is jojo, the experience I had today was amazing, the staff, the food everything was above and beyond and I’m very thankful for all their hard work. Love you guys and ladies.
Wow. So much tasty shawarma served by them. The management is very friendly and fully service oriented. Do not miss the chance to visit them if you are in that area.
Don’t bother ordering online here, it’s slower than going in person because they will send you to to pickup line, which after you waited for everyone on the regular line, they told you that the platter isn’t even made yet.
Get the regular gyro platter then eat it for 2 meals, really good value for delicious food!
Food was average and a bit dry. As you work your way through, tastes more and more flavorless. The good rating is mostly given for the service.
Ordered delivery through their site. Arrived one hour later than ETA and oh guess what it wasn’t even at my door. There wasn’t even enough time for anyone to steal it.
And Uber can’t refund and they don’t answer their phone. I’m going to have to file a credit card claim against them it seems
We really enjoyed their food. I thought we were supposed to get both white sauce and hot/red sauce with orders. But I only got the white sauce.
I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times. The last two they did not send an item. I do not recommend because all they do is mess up your order. Find another place. Don’t waste your time!
Requested on Doordash and I am completely and enjoyably astonished. I've attempted the Davis area and this one is by a long shot way better. In correlation, the meat surface was so delicate and not dry by any means. The prep of my dinner was moment however that was possibly on the grounds that I requested during after lunch breaks. I was likewise careful about the harrowing tales of different surveys however presently I realize that those are simply uncommon events. They just deal the bigger Regular size on Doordash however that is alright on the grounds that I lean toward that size in any case. I'm anticipating requesting once more. To keep the workers from failing to remember the sauce, I remind them in the extraordinary guidelines segment. However, I don't know they read them.
One of my favorite spots in San Francisco! The food is always amazing, and the staff are really chill. They don’t bite if you don’t. Their platters are some of the best food I will ever eat, and I’m fine with that.
I arrived just after midnight. They were still open. Ordered the beef gyro with fries and drink. Soda fountain wasn't working so I got a cup of ice with Bottle of lemonade. They gave me a straw but no lid for the cup.
I took it home. Heated it up. The beef was light and chewy. The white sauce tasted like ranch. The fries were crispy. The ice cubes spilled all over the bag cuz there was no lid. The bread was also moist and delicious.
This is what you call Arab food? ! As an Arab, I’m disgusted. Chicken wasn’t fully cooked and food was too salty: (the only saving element was that I ordered a side of falafel? I payed $33 for two whimpy half cooked chicken bowls. Do better
We eat here at least twice a month. Never had a bad experience until tonight. The gyro was so dry it was actually crunchy, like well done bacon. It must have been sliced earlier and sitting around for a long time. But the fries were hot and fresh like always. I'm sure we'll be back.
I visited this place a month ago the food is fine but the customer service is very rude even the manager he didn't talk us properly any way I m not going anymore even I m starving
I got chicken and beef gyro, it tasted fresh and even though the chicken looked bland it had good flavor. With out drink my total was $16.37.
Yummy late night food. Haven't had Halal guys since we lived in DC/visited NYC so it was a nice surprise to see them here. The guys that served us were very friendly.
I love hala guys but not happy at all with the hala guys in SF. They give you so little meat and it cost more. The amount of meat they give you doesnt even cover the top as you can see in the picture. You can count how many pieces of meat they put on there.
Meat were so dry. Even the white sauce couldnt save it.
