My initial visit with Dr. Ferrito Au. D in the Morgan Hill office was very pleasant and thorough. Dr. Ferrito was very personable and professional in testing, subsequent explanation of my hearing needs and determining the best way to proceed. The office staff was courteous and helpful with checking in, arranging financing and scheduling upcoming visits. Highly recommended!

I have been going to this location for close to 5 years, and they have been amazing at taking care of all the typical hearing aid adjustments, cleaning, maintenance, and the works.
I bought my first pair here, and they put in the work to help me understand my insurance and what I qualified for.and will buying my next set here as well.
So impressed with Office staff in MH! Cindy handled my issue perfectly and got a faulty receiver replaced in minutes. In addition to answering phone calls. No wonder they re the best around

Office staff very professional, Dr spent time over an hour to show me how my hearing aids work and connect with my phone Bluetooth. I have seen this doctor several times now he is always helpful with a smile. I can hear now.

I really like this place. It went fast which I like, I felt they had my best interest in mind and they weren't try to sell me the latest and greatest hearing aide. They informed me on each ear piece, the pro the cons. I pick up my new ears next week. I can't wait!

Dr Feritto took his time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He encouraged questions and made me feel as if I was glad I asked. I felt as if he was quite competent, and was comfortable with his assessment. In addition Cindy was wonderful too! She is very welcoming and offered me hot drinks in front of a fire on a cold blustery rainy day. I would give them 10 out of 5 if I could!
From Cindy at the front desk to last seeing Cindy the whole time was outstanding. The Dr and intern cared about me and my hearing. The Dr explained my test and my aids. He proposed that if I wanted new ones which ones he felt were best. I happen to be a part time resident and he felt that as did I that I should visit him next spring when I could be observed and helped with new aids. Unlike my home hearing provider he nor any of the staff pushed for a quick sail. This is truly a customer centered service center.
The place was neat, clean and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive all the time, explaining in detail the whole procedure until the hearing test was done. They explained very well also the test results making you feel confident that you were in great hands.
