When you called and talk to the manager, he’s hardly there when you go and talk to the manager he’s hardly there. The African-American young lady that’s in the office. Seems like she does management work because you never know who the manager is unless you see him in person. Me and the manager were emailing about things that probably happened before he came in that was promised and I just hate the fact that I’m promises are made, and they are continuously broken. Before when we had a manager named Joe and anybody asked what I recommend these apartments to anyone, I would say yes, but as of today the answer would be no. What I can say is the African-American young lady that works in there she tries to stay on top of everything the maintenance manager Danny he tries to stay on top of things as much as he can because I understand there’s lots of units in here any work that Hass to get done so between the two of them work is being done as it’s supposed to

I’m giving 5 starts thanks to the maintenance man Danny for actually fixing things and great communication. Also because of the wonderful office assistant Kenisha, she was very helpful, sweet and caring. I’ve lived here for almost 7yrs and (fingers crossed) I have a good feeling about the new management.

Never thought I’d use a review section, but I just moved in and had to tell everyone that the new maintenance team are no joke.
I checked my sink faucet and shower and had 2 concerns:
1. - Faucet had a sprung leak
2. - The shower spout was stuck and wouldn’t switch to shower.

I walked over to the main office and Danny the Resident Maitenance supervisor just so happened to overhear my concern, and immediately sprung into action. Not even 5 minutes passed before they stopped by, replaced my shower spout as well as the sink faucet. There’s still a little leak in the sink, but then reassured me that it’ll get it fixed as soon as they get a replacement.

Extremely professional and helpful with the problem. Couldn’t thank Danny enough!

The maintenance guy was respectful he did a. Excellent job he came to do in a timely fashion

I understand the management has changed since a couple months ago, and since I've moved in things have been good! The maintenance supervisor Danny fixed our AC within 24 hours of my complaint. Not only did he do his job but he and the other staff are extremely friendly. The only problem I've had was I had to sign the lease like six different times because something or another. Kenisha in the office has been very efficient, friendly, and apologetic on behalf of the company.

I moved in a week ago and I am very happy with how organized and clean this place is, and Dalia's great help.

Wanted to leave a 5 star review for the new maintenance supervisor Danny. He came today to fix my washer. When he saw it was the belt he said I may need a new one he would order some. When I tried it out again the belt came back off. I told the office and he came right back over less than 5 mins to look at it. He said he would see if they had one and about 15 mins later he was back to fix it. The biggest thing for me is that he showed up on the day he said he would and was on time. He also communicates great.

Really nice place to live. My son and family live there, It's very quite and clean. The Staff is very helpful.

Office people are nice. However maintenance is terrible! The “supervisor “ is lazy. It takes way too long to fulfill a simple work order. It’s been weeks.

Everything went smooth. I'm pleased with my place and the environment. The work order I put in for my bathroom was addressed immediately and resolved quickly.

I want to give out appreciation to the maintenance gentleman they are always there when I need them, accommodating, caring, friendly, I've never had a bad experience with Henley apartments office or maintenance staff. The team takes care of anything if needed, The office staff is friendly and right on top of everything, my experience Thank you!
