They sold me an opened container after talking about it right infront of me with no shame, totally not professional and only doing it for the money don’t come here bad experience multiple times now

Concentrates stored upside down so when we opened them half of the gram was on the lid, not cool when it's diamonds and sauce! Also, they sold us expired wax from 05/04/2022, packaged on 06/04/2021. According to 5.88.070 Dispensary operational requirements: F. No Sales of Expired Product. A dispensary may not sell any expired products, cannabis or cannabis products. A dispensary shall not alter, edit, or adjust in any manner an expiration date on any item or product once affixed by its manufacturer
There was clearly a new label affixed over the original label, I separated the labels and was able to take a photo. The funny thing is, they used the same batch number which clearly ends in 2021 smh.
Lastly, they did not have in store what was online, only reason we drove all the way to this place.

Definitely one of the coolest dispensaries here in Napa. Super cool shop with a nice interior. Good selection of flower and pre rolls that changes constantly with new options. Staff are very nice too. If you don't know whether to go to Harvest or Herbavor, check this place out first!
