The Hills Apartments, Orangevale CA

This place is beautiful and honestly one of the best looking apartments and area. I have been looking for awhile and this apartment complex was the best one I toured and definitely worth it for the price. The staff are super kind and responsive. I toured with Cassie and applied with Cassie and Annie. They were both so helpful and answered any question I had. They both really helped take care of me and made me feel welcomed. Stores are super close by and activities. The 2 bedroom apartments are very spacious and with all the new renovations make it a steal.

Honestly we’ve given them all year to turn around our experience here and they just DO NOT care. We’re done being patient and understanding of a company that doesn’t abide by their own rules or the agreed services. Please think before moving here.

The only problem that I have with this complex is the lack of uncovered parking spots, which is for anyone to park in. Other than that, it's a great Apartment Complex.

Office staffs are not professional. I reminded them more than once that my contract is ending and it needs to be renew. No reaction. When I came again, she sent me document with a doesn't work link, and then an empty lease contract to sign! Absolutely incompetent.

BEWARE! Worst apartments ever. Lived here for one year, complete waste of money. THEY DO NOT RETURN SECURITY DEPOSITS! Apartments looked really nice as well as the grounds but once you move here you learn.you will run into parking issues finding open spots weekly. Every unit has maintenance issues from kitchen drawers not working, closet doors breaking, to super super low water pressure especially in the showers in units. Also expect to hear cars from Madison as mostly all units are close to the street. Units may look nice but extremely cheap interior design of all. Showing that The Hills went through 3 Managment company's in less than two years shows the instability in this complex!

After almost two years of no management, Grey star management came in and said they were here to help. Unfortunately the property manager Nisha is extremely rude, and unwelcoming. Doesn’t seem to care for the residents or their needs whatsoever. I went into to office with a safety concern and she rolled her eyes at me, and talked under her breath about me. This is why we record everything in 2023!

Annie made sure to find the most fitting apartment for my family and I. The location of the Hills is PRIME.close to freeway access and so many fun places. Not only did Annie take the time to go through each unit available and their locations but she took the time to show us around the community and show us their upcoming new clubhouse being built!
