Overall my experience in the move in process has been smooth Liz was amazing on answering all our question they are under new management it is a very quiet community safe and we are loving our new home.

I have lived here since 2009 and I have been thru some up and down experiences with the previous management team. Now that we have an all new management team several items that needed improvement have now been taken care of. Anthony and his maintenance team have executed all my maintenance needs in a prompt manner. Very professional and friendly management and maintenance team.

Want to say Thankyou to Lizete and The Hills Of Corona for officially having us move in today! We’re excited for a new adventure.

Everything gets done in a timely manner

The Hills of Corona is a very great place to live at. It’s also down the street of the Corona plaza, and walking distance to Walmart and a lot more shops!

I've live here for about 4 months and truthfully have had a very pleasant experience! It's quiet, the property has been kept clean, the pool and jacuzzi are always clean, I feel safe here. It's been really nice living here and I'm grateful to have found this place!

I’ve moved to The Hills of Corona in 2021 and have stayed when Greystar owned the community to Afton that happened in the summer of 2023.
The only issue I had was during the transition of the community app to schedule for maintenance or pay for rent, the new portal had to confirm my bank account and it took a few days for it to verify. On the posting by Afton, it says because of the transition, residents have ten days to pay the rent for the upcoming month. I paid my rent on the 5th which was before the month and they still charged me a late fee! Luckily, after back and forth emailing, the manager was able to waive the late fee which required signatures.
So far, Afton has done a lot of positive changes such as fix some of the broken and cracked sidewalks that were not level and a hazard to navigate around.

Great community to live in. It’s within walkable distance from Walmart, Costco and some eateries. New management is good and prompt in responding to work orders or any other concerns

Beautiful complex! Perfect for pup owners. Just moved in a few months ago and the team is so helpful and responsive to questions or requests.

The leasing agents at the Hills of Corona are amazing! Luisa, Liz and Sharon were so helpful in getting us into our new home. We are so excited for our new home! Thank you Afton property team!

New management has been great at getting back to us whenever we have maintenance issues or questions about facilities. We like that new management has made efforts to get the community together, whether it be for dinner orders or friendly competitions (for example Christmas decorating). We have enjoyed getting to know our neighbors.

I have been in Hills of Corona for about 1.5 years now. It has been great living here with my family. It has been calm and quiet. Have not had any big issues here. I would only wish there were more parking spaces and for the front gate code machine to work. Other than that it has been great living here.

Have nothing but great things to say about the Hills of Corona. Had to move fast from my previous living situation and hills of Corona was able to get my spouse and I into an apartment within a week. We were drawn to the apartments that separated the living area and bedroom with up stairs and downstairs to give us more space. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

Great apartment! The neighbors are very kind! Pet friendly with a pet park for them to roam! The pool is clean and even has a private gym! Would recommend!

Have been here for almost 2 months already and was kind of concerned just because of safety written from past reviews but have honestly felt safe the entire time being here. Have to say we really appreciate the maintenance team for being so quick to any concerns we had within the apartment and getting them fixed without any delay. Can't wait to bring our new baby in a welcoming community soon.
