I love this place you can find anything you need it's like a big kids toy store I recommend it to everyone weather you have a home project or need more toys for your shop you can find it here.

At any given time I would given them a 5 stars but not today whent in for some stuff I needed they have very lazy guy sitting inside telling people exit only when you are already in the store instead. Of been outside 2 register open like 15 people in line I went to tractor supply instead

Great service, convenient parking, handicap parking and motorized shopping carts. Located near a food/gas store and a nice motel.

They are always very pleasant at check out, BUT.know what you are looking for because IF you can flash someone down to help you, AND you are lucky enough to get the associate for that department, they were probably hired yesterday! If I need more info I just give it a Goog!

It's a Home Depot. You gotta search to find an employee to help you, but they are nice when you find one. Lol

They tried to charge me $40 for a key that I just had made at Tehama Lock for $4.25. Never going to Home Depot again. Anything I can't order online I'll get from Lowe's in Redding or Chico.

I wish I didn't have to shop there. First the person didn't know how many 80lb bags on a pallet. Then she charged me for 56 instead on 42 and then sent me to customer service to get my refund. Then wait another 10 minutes for them to load it into the truck. Service blows! Minus 3 stars.

You got to love Home Depot, great hardware store. Plus they have a lot of other stuff too. Hard to go wrong with Home Depot.

One of the employees took the time to look up what I wanted even though neither of us new what to call it. He pointed me in the correct direction.

Between 6 p.m. And closing, the employee attitudes approach unbearable. If I had an alternative, I would chose it.

Not bad size, but very little variety and slapdash customer service. I had a worker pretend he could neither hear nor see me, even directly in front of him and while making eye contact. I admire his commitment, but I think it would be better directed at helping prospective customers.

Home Depot paint department is the worst ever not to mention their pants not soservice there wasn't very helpful nor was it successful in my job to paint the interior of my house the only reason I gave this Home Depot to stars is because I love tools and do-it-yourself ideas and they're the only place in Red Bluff very sad sure would like a Lowe's or even a meeks lumber

Inventory is vast and in stock. Selection is good. Getting assistance is a bit below par. And questions can be inaccurate. Better to check stock and location online rather than in store personnel.

I was there to buy paint. The young man working in that department was very helpful and had a smile as well as the checkout person. It would be nice to see the greeter smile and greet customers.

Great place to find stuff. Needed a small set of wood drill bits, they had a 4 pack that fit my needs, a folding wood saw with Japanese cutting edge and a copper 1 inch slip to slip adapter. You can usually find a Home Depot around.

Had the product I needed sitting on a pallet, but no one knew if they were allowed to unpackaged and sell it to me. Strange.

People there don't want to help.
There's a bunch of slapnuts walking around talking to each other about which aisles to avoid because customers are there and what not.
These idiots made my dear grandmother load her own truck while I was at work.
Horrible customer service.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Ok so I come here to get some wood pre cut, they wouldnt even help me lift it and they walked off and left me standing there when I asked to get something pre cut. Extremly rude seeming as Im a small women who needed an amount that was taller and weighed more then i do. I left everything there and will be going to corning lumber where they treat there customers right. I will never shop here again I was beyond upset and encourage others to not shop here either.
