The Home Depot reviews
13 This is one of my favorite store.
They typically have all the handy tools you need.
The only problem is the associates are not so knowledgeable and sometimes its difficult to get someone to get woods cut.
The store is big they have a garden section as well.
Always a pleasure to visit this store. Easy to find what I need. And I really appreciate the fact I can take my bike in with me when I forget my lock.
The workers are VERY helpful.
It's a large store so it could take forever to find what you're looking for without help
Anything you need for construction or just any things to build something you can get it at home depot
Got caught in the rain. Staff here is very knowledgeable. But there's a lack of communication in between staff in my opinion. Went to go buy a chain and apparently the steel cutter was broken? That seems like a tool that needs to be fixed Immediately. Overall everything is wonderful here.
Asked two employees for the stuff I was looking for, neither one knew, one even told me that I was at the wrong store.
Truthfully I'm sure I stick out like a sore thumb when I go.but because this very helpful place is open I can say I'm very Grateful!
When I do go it's because I have to. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly. I have had to go through the isles there quite a few times from a chain for my scooter to some paint and each time there has been a question or a concern.and there would be a smile under the mask. Great place with clean bathrooms and good prices
Always come here and always very difficult to find any help in any of the aisle without having to hunt down employees
I think that it's more than fair for someone to say the customer service is in need of some improvement when the staff literally runs away from the customers. This is there only place I've ever been where the staff will try thier best to pretend not to realize or acknowledge its customers when an attempt to get assistance and when distance be becomes a factor they will literally run away if not walk in the opposite direction faster and hit the corner in efforts to maintain that claim to not realizing you tried to reach out for it. Lol smh
This is a solid Home Depot for the location. The staff is friendly, the selection is standard. I can usually find whatever it is I am looking for here.
Their return policy is good, I bought some lights a little while back and they weren’t quite was I was looking for and I brought them back with the receipt and had no problem returning them and getting all of my money back.
The store is kept fairly clean and organized, I much prefer this location to the location downtown in Wilshire blvd. Parking is pretty good most of the time.
Was Great a guy Name Steve helped me.he was very knowledgeable help me find what I was looking for fast.
Sometime they don't have what I need.
Even though, I've gotten so many stuff for my house.
They don't have this one: (
Big White marker board
Outstanding service in the plumbing Dept. John and Kevin help me in several ways and made sure I got what I needed
