The Home Depot reviews
19Shopped on black Friday and the staff were all amazing and so very helpful. Found exactly what I was looking for because of helpful staff.
Yesterday I went to buy plywood but the saw was broken. They said it was not working and has not worked right for three months. I was given different stories about why it was not working. This trip was not the first time home depot saw was not working. I don't or can't expect the fact that this store/ company as large as they are can't keep the saw working. I will make Lowe's my go to store from now on.
Measurements made for a security front door, twice 2 different sales employees were not able to find our measurements after waiting for a week to order the door. Poor management!
Home has long time problem with orders on line, and cannot figure out what they have in stock, prices also not cheaper then other store and service is terrible
They usually have the stuff that I need but they never really have solved the issue where the employee is actually help you out most of them look the other way or seem like they're too busy to help you I don't even bother them anymore I just look at my phone and try to find what I need or bring the old part with me so I can match it up properly because asking anybody that works at home Depot they look at you like your speaking a foreign language.
Same like every home depot you have to find your own tools materials. Employee act like their to important to help you out.
How would you like to have hunreds of dollars taken from you for a service you'll never get? Want employees to give you the run-around while giving an attitude? Want a refund only to be told that you'll be charged for a service that you never received? Well! This is the place for you! Come on down and lose hundreds of dollars and waste your time at 3150 Case Road Paris CA!
I don't know something big is missing about home depot they need to be more organized their display stuff is not very attractive just something is off giving a 4 star because of wonderful customer service
This place is the worst. I moved out here and my experience in this Home Depot is so disappointing. One or two registers open at all times, with plenty of workers that just look like their walking around but never there to help you, the curbside pickup is a disaster of a joke, won’t save you any time. This store is closer to my house, but I choose to drive to LOWES because their are just better managed and you don’t have to wait forever to checkout. I’d rather spend more and get decent customer service.
Wife was looking for a specific outdoors storage shed and found the perfect size needed. It appears that supplies are being bought up rapidly. So we bought it.
It was good except your L P and employees falling me around the store because I'm homeless they can fallow as much as they want to I don't steel
While the website stated they had certain items and did not when we got there. I always find other items I need.
Love The Home Depot!
It was fast. But I don't understand why only 3 registered are open an the garden section is closed. It need to be fixed
The customer service was so excellent, that it made up for them not having one of the keys I needed copied. Directed me to a place that would. Clean, organized, Helpful.
Everything was where I expected it to be, However, every time I tried to get a board to the table to have it cut, by the time I got to the end of the isle, the next one was blocked off. So I tried again and then the next one was now blocked. I tried again, with the same freaking result. I found a table and sawed the hardwood by hand myself.
It was Very tough to get around and always blocked. I wasn't happy with the poor service.
Gone a handful of times and my overall experience is fine. Would like to see more proactive and helpful staff though. You literally have to hunt down an associate to get help otherwise you're walking around for 20 minutes trying to find what you need.
They had everything I needed as usual and I was in and out. I was not happy that no one was social distancing it was very crowded and most were not wearing masks. You can do better.
I called to find out if Home Depot had this certain product that I was looking for and was told they did. When I drove to The Home Depot I looked all over the place only to be told that they no longer carried the product. Sure was a waste of my time, not a happy camper as they say. All they had to do was check their device to see if the product was available or not. Very unprofessional and aggravating to me.
I went here for boxes to pack items in my mother's home. I was happy to see nice thick medium boxes that is very affordable. The store looked nice and well organized. The only issue is the check out line is odd. They have one line for self and serviced check out. Good thing was I get to use the service check out and the lady named Roxanne check me out and she was very nice and efficient
