This home depot is so disorganized, good luck getting any help here. My visit today I ordered a custom paint and waited but the girl went on break before mixing my paint. I shopped around came back still had not pulled the can to mix. Waited another 10.in finally got it. Nobody knows where anything is here.avoid the particular home depot

Everybody. You need to know. I don't know as an absolute, but it is my belief through careful visual examination and contemplation that nearly all of the screws sold at Home Depot are rubbish.
The screw blades are almost nonexistence and are not uniform in their dimensions.
I would not trust the life and limb of myself nor.any man, woman, or child.to.abide in or near any structure that these screws are used on.
Can somebody verify this?

This isn't my local HD so I'm all turned around at this one. But they did have everything I was looking for after I spent enough time searching.

I would definitely recommend this home depot we purchased new Christmas and a few items for home repairs. Flor helped us and she was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable soo helpful our cashier Vanessa also was friendly and so helpful. Keep up the good work a true example of great customer service.

Always a problem here. Tried to return something and put it back on my credit card had a store credit shoved in my face and said that's all they can do had the receipt new sealed item it's ridiculous won't go back.

I asked two different employees for help, didn't happen. A third employee offered help loading a freezer on a cart. Went outside saw the first one getting carts, he avoided seeing me so I wouldn't ask for help loading
Yes, hew saw me, then went the other way.

When trying to find items in the store, try to find an associate that knows where different products are in the store. It may not be the first one you find, but if you find the one I found, you'll be in good hands! He knew where different products were in several areas of the store. Will definitely look him up again, for the next project I come back to California for.

There is so much merchandise in the isles, one cannot navigate the store. Inventory is a disaster and customer service by two employees was terrible.

The wife and I went to this home depot to return a Christmas tree that the lights malfunctioned she waited in the return line I went in to the tools section while she waited at returns i picked up the tools that i needed then i went back to wait for her at returns so then we could go ahead and pay when 3 of their want to be security guys were just starting at me like if they were waiting for me to ran outdoor they didn't even try to blend in with the other customers me been a corrections officer quickly spotted them and just laughed at their intention need better security guards if you want to end the retail theft

The last time I was there I was lost, I didn't have no idea what to get, was a guy on top of the ladder, he asked me, in for what you look woman? Even he scared me, because I was so concentrate and what to get, so he help me, everytime is the the same, always is someone there for you,

Home Depot's third party for delivery of large appliances (Temco Logistics) is terrible. Repeatedly justify road closures several miles down the road for not making delivery schedules. Then during the process to figure out what is going on a Home Depot call center employee cancelled the haul away on my old appliance. Finally calling the store to try and fix it and the appliance associate promised to expedite a fix for that and then? The whole order is cancelled. At least in the future I don't have to bother checking Home Depot when I am shopping until they stop working with Temco.

I walked into this home depot hoping to find a flooring I like, and I did, for a price of $2.19 which is outstanding; however, they refuse to honor the price they show in store, they are telling me they can only do $2.69, they ripped down the price of $2.19 while I was here and changed their price before my very eyes, the associates name was ELISE, department supervisor… she came into the discussion with an attitude and refused to do anything to help, if you ever deal with ELISE, just leave the store, she’s here for a paycheck. BUT if you have the pleasure of meeting the associate Suhuei, she will help in every possible way, she goes out of her way to help, even when she does not have to, this store needs more SUHUEI and less ELISE. If I can write a review for each associate. SUHUEI would get 5 stars

Paint department are the worst employees I have seen anywhere anyplace. These employees should be discipline for their lack of awareness on their customers. My experienced should served a wake-up call to the managers on employees who give 1% effort to their customers. Please retrain these folks on how to be a better employees. I don't have to explain everything in details, but an analysis of the situation. There are three employees working and I was the only customer in the area. I waited 30 minutes for a pint of paint. 30 minutes have passed and there is no paint. If you have to wait 30 min.for a pint of paint then its not worth the wait, especially when there are 3 employees chit-chatting and gossiping among themselves while I was there standing waiting. After 30 minutes, I decided to leave. The rest of the other department in this store especially the customer service department have great service. They are very helpful. Avoid going to their the paint department at all cost. If you need paint, go to Lowes in Highland. In this store, I did not have to wait and there is just one employee in the paint department and she took care of me. She even color match my tile and in 5 minutes I have my paint. The price doesn't matter and I thought Lowes have higher prices. But price doesn't matter, if you get good customer service.

Its was a good visit. I was able to get almost all of the items I needed. The employees here were respectful and kind to me.

Purchased thousands of dollars of items for our hope we remodeled in highland. Including ryobi rechargeable tools. I have over 80 of them. Went today to return for exchange. Never had an issue today asked lots and lots of questions. Then manager said ok exchange 2 items. The Asian gentleman with an 8 year patch came over and asked me what kind of nails did I use in my nail gun and lots and lots of other questions (i guess pass or fail) then told me "we have people who try to lie about their return? " What? Girl next to him tried to cover for his accusations towards myself? Nobody asked when I spent the $165 won't go back

I went to replace a security system I bought a few weeks ago, I was expecting it to take a while because I didn't have the receipt. I was suprised it took about five minutes for the nice young lady to ring up my refund.
