In spite of being crowded, staff was friendly and helpful. Customer Service folks were extremely so in resolving a problem with the tool kit I'd just purchased.

Usually find everything we need here. Bought a hot water heater today. They didn't have what we wanted in stock so we had to buy an odd size or wait a week for it.

I went for drain cleaner (instant Power), to unplug my kitchen sinks, water softener salt, found lP ok, but told salt was in 2 different places. Walked a mile, but ended up spending $140.00! 1 of my favorite places.

I do all my purchase in this store. They carry a many construction materials and tools as well! This store have very friendly employees!

Art, a home depot associate, in the plumbing section was fantastic help and very knowledgeable to getting me exactly what I needed very quickly. He made the experience educational, efficient, and enjoyable.

Could do better with customer service. Almost impossible to get help, I hate self check out. There goes hundreds of jobs for those of us unemployed with cashier experience.

They sell appliances detergent and Hardware they also give veterans discount by showing proof make your medical card

Went to get red ant killer they don't carry it any longer. Also was looking for some metal straps for the closet shelves I bought they don't carry those either. As they say you can't carry everything. Still like these guys for other things.

Always crowded, not a relaxing shopping experience & their prices are more than most other stores or online.

Got what I was after, but it was prepaid and it still took the employees what seemed like an eternity to bring it up. The staff is in NO hurry there.

The only hardware store go to if you want specialty items go to Tractor Supply Company down the street

Not very helpful sales person. Online said there were 2 of the item that I was looking for. None in store. Salesperson " Go look over there".

Nobody ever wants to help you. You can walk by numerous associates with out them asking if you need any help.

Dont shop here anymore because they dont give veterens a discount like lowes. They give a 10%discount to all military and veterans

I was looking for paint, I checked the color I wanted and 2 seconds later someone asked if I needed help. I gave him the color, he told me to come back in 5 mins. My whole visit was maybe 8 minutes. I loved it.
