Service is terrible - ask a question they just point, noone really knows anything. & thats even if you find a rep.

The lumber deparment i need it help the worker there were out. But online said they had turns out the they did. After looking and ask a second worker which help. I bought what i nees it.

Staff is slow to greet and or offer help, I hand to sit on the count, pick up their phone, dail customer service up front to get help, 5 employee walked by me sitting on the desk and wouldn't speak or greet. I don't know whether its social skills or common sense but when you see a customer always greet them and ask them if they would like help

The Gentleman that helped me with the extremely weird bulbs I had to replace in my new home was very nice & helpful & then I needed some chain, your cutting machine was down but the nice Gentleman from that department showed me a package with just 1 more foot than I was looking for but that was good enough for me. Thank you Home Depot

It just went to this home Depot to return a flashlight for $30. I spend between 10 and $20,000 a year at this store. The flashlight hasn't worked since I purchased it. I asked for a simple exchange.

The manager and his crew proceeded to question me about my personal items, how much time I spent in the store and which register I was checking out at.

Spent 20 minutes on what should have been a five minute return. Still did not get a working replacement. Horrible customer service: (

It's a big box hardware store. You get what you need and get out. If you need help, you have to go on an expedition to find someone wearing those orange aprons.

Cashier Lisa was rude and not helpfull at all and i have given up on taking the fake survey as when i try to take their survey it takes me everywhere else but their so called survey. It takes me to sites that eitheir are trying to sell products or irrelevant information. Never able to take the survey.

Was okay, but the garden vegitable seeds were in such a deseray took us a while to find they did not have the seeds we wanted.

I have been coming here for years, Always friendly staff and if I cant find it at the store I can get it online. Decent prices and quality!

ORDER PICK UP. Went to the Gosford Home Depot for an online order pickup and received excellent service from two very nice ladies. The pickup of the tools was super fast and easy. The customer service I just experienced is outstanding. I came to the store today after a super long and stressful day, and to my surprise they made my day with their good customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Spent this visit in the outdoor garden area. They were helpful in getting us a handicap cart but weren't very knowledgeable in gardening and couldn't answer what seemed like simple questions. Like what soil a plant should be planted in etc.

Gosford Home Depot is that the people are very knowledgeable and helpful the Ming Avenue Home Depot the they have the same products but the people aren't to help hold all they try to avoid you it seems

I love this store if i had my good husband and my caslte this would be so very important they have any and everything customers always offerd help and

They don't have much in stock. You can order from theyr website and have it shipped to your house. Had to wait for a long while to get an item they had behind a locked gate.dont park in the back near the jack in the box there's some crack heads who live in that dumpster and they're always scoping out cars.cashiers are friendly and store is clean for the most part.

Yesterday we went to the Home Depot on Gosford in Bakersfield. We were looking for pressure washer accessories and we were confused with so many options so, Casey helped us find the right pieces. His patience and service was on the mark. He went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Casey for helping us.

Was here for tile mortar. Tiles for floor and bath. The lady at the pro service desk was helpful. Mention something about palos verdes. She was great. Had no problem here. Traveled from Wooford heights to this destination. Better then going to the Ace near by use.lol.

Extremely unprofessional, a friend of my when to buy tile flooring, and the some girl he as for help laugh at him not doing how to pronounce the name of the floor. And even said she didn’t know what he was talking about until a helpful employee come to help and ask for him to tell her word by word the name of the floor he need and surprise surprise they had it in stock. As simple to Just look it up no need to be rude don’t come here
