Self check out not happy the way things have changed what are we a bunch of sheep with no shepherd.

I have never encountered a person in a home improvement center who was more rude than Mary. Take the easy button you used to think you hade and name it rude. You would at least be truthful, not that truth has anything to do with our country anymore.

They hire young kids for retail that don’t know a lot and are like robots/don’t think. Stick with lowes for retail they tend to hire retirees (at least where I live) with knowledge, and understanding of customer service.

I love this Home Depot. Helpful employees that don't scatter when you apporoach to ask a question. They go out of their way to help. It's like family here. Really. Employees are kind, and store is well stocked and well laid out. I love this store. You will too.

Jacob, the check out guy was very nice, polite & conscientious. I was quite pleased, since it's difficult to find anyone anywhere these days with those qualities! His mother shoulder be very proud of him. She did a good job raising him.

Went there looking for last minute Christmas trees. The tree lot was closed and everything was being cleared out. Nothing against the store, just wish they had a pile of last minute trees available.

The customer service sure handles themselves well and so courteous even when customers are not, much respect to the ladies behind the cash register! Other than that, it's HOME DEPOT, the big boys Toy Store they have everything, what more could you want?

Absolutely horrible. No one could help me find a simple kitchen towel rack! The Home Depot needs a search tool in the store so we can go to the aisle needed!

Rude on the phone, hung up on me after being very mean spirited. No trucks for rent and lied about the availability of said truck

This is one of the best Home Depot’s anywhere. Well laid out. Well merchandised. Easy checkout. And with the Home Depot app to find what I need I’m in and out efficiently. Wish my local store is Seattle was this nice!

I look up electrical accessories online and find just 6-7 little oz. Wire crimps go for 4-6 dollars when you can buy 50 for the same price same quality.

One of the worst experience, rude Staff, manager would not respond. Go to Lowe’s when ever possible.

Give Renee a promotion! I called looking for a very specific item, and she stayed with me on the phone and went down the isle herself looking for it and when she told me they didn't have it but I could tell she really looked giving me all the different ones she could find. She then gave me many options on where I can possibly get it. Big help! 5 stars super helpful!

We used our local Home Depot to perform some upgrades at home. Our experience was trying at best and we give Home Depot a two star review. This includes multiple Home Depot local stores. There were three employees at the LA Quinta CA location that actually were an asset to the store and for whom this review is written. They were, Trudy in flooring, also Larry, and Kathy in Customer service whose bright smile and excellent customer service skills made the experience as positive as it could be.

If you're buying an assembled barbecue make sure to check all the parts are there they just load it up in your car and don't check

The customer service here is good. My experiences have always been pleasant, usually have what I'm looking for and the self check out line is quick too!
