The Home Depot reviews
18I love home depot I went to purchase some wood, and it was simple. I found one associate asked him if he could please cut my mailbox post in half. He nodded then said, is it OK, if I finished with this customer first. I replied, of course. The employee was fast and efficient
It was very clean and the lady at the register was very nice. Only reason I did 4 instead of 5 is I couldn't find anyone to help me. I tried stopping someone but I guess they didn't hear me.
Bought a oven HotPoint from Home Depot, right away it starts to give us problems they sent out a technician to see what’s wrong with it. And he tells us the heating sensor is bad that they sold us a lemon, we tried to return it for an exchanged and the manager Irene came at us really unprofessional saying it’s not their problem that they can’t do anything about it. I kept telling her the problem that the technician even said it’s a safety concern. But she doesn’t seem to care. I’m never going to do my business with Home Depot.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE WITH HOME DEPOT if you receive anything that does not work, Home Depot workers will tell you, there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue. I basically have to pay for something that doesn’t work. Recently bought an oven with Home Depot, after a day of using it I started Noticing that the heat of the oven was very high. Everything around the stove got extremely hot. The cabinets started getting super hot to the point we can’t even use the oven caus we are scared that we might burn the house down. I have a 7 month old baby that I’m concerned about, he might touch it and burn his hand. It’s a big hazzerd. I explained this to the manager Irene and she was very rude to me. Yelling saying she can’t help me. Iv been a customer for along time and never have I been treated this way. Irene the manger was very rude. My experience with her was horrible she does not know how to deal with ppl. My business with Home Depot was awful
Great store especially if u can get lucky enough to get omar a young gentleman that i usually see there. The other day i was trying to purchase a hand saw. I knew nothing about this product but omar did and explained everything about this item that i could possibly know. He was so glad to help me and it was 5 min before closing. Home depot is usually having all items i need in stock so i don't have to go to any other stores which makes it nice. And thanks again for this amazing young boy called omar. 5 star company. Thank u home depot
I’m giving it a 3 based on customer service. U can’t get anyone on the phone forcing you to get up and drive over to this place, wait in line and ask someone. ” how’s my order coming along? “It’s frustrating and waste of time. Why is your phone systems so dang awful?
I like Home Depot but their flooring contractor is very low rated. I was very disappointed to not have the ability to have choice of contractors. Of course, they don't tell you that until your execute the contract.
I needed to gather supply for a job and found everything I needed. Workers are helpful and was able to get out of there quick.
Gotta say that this home Depot doesn't have a great supply of products. Seems they constantly have empty shelves. And the paint department employees are unprepared to be of assistance to the diy painter. If you don't have prior knowledge on the materials you'll need for your project, don't expect help from this home Depot facility. But keep the hope alive.
Home depot is an awesome place to shop at cause they always have what I need. The employees are very helpful and polite and always willing to offer help if needed. I would recommend this place to others.
Was my go to place since buying my house until the evening manager started following me. I am a double amputee, I am without hands so I always have my helper with me. As we walk shopping this clean cut Hispanic fellow seems to be on every isle that I’m on. Several isle later I leave out of frustration.
Note to Home Depot on bear valley
I understand your issue but do not put pressure on people who are out shopping, the indifference feeling is something that is not cool especially knowing I can afford anything inside your store.
Things where scattered and out of stock on basic stuff. If things are backorder just label the tag. Everything was dusty. I like home depot but this location was unattended.
Top of the hill, and very busy location. Stop buy get your materials, and then go get some lunch at in and out or even some jack in the box.
Almost have everything I need, when I need it. Customer service is very good and can count on any questions or concerns being taken seriously.
Bear Valley-Victorville store has worse customer service ever. Long time customer and fan. Have spent tons of money on many projects. But this crew at this store does not care about customer retention. Managers seem disempowered and unwilling to serve, or even to listen. Lose their patience and scold customers instead of finessing difficult situations. Epic fail.
The only person that was able to help me was the return employee that actually able to help me was the lady in the return area the rest of the employees either ran or didn't know their departments at all
To bad you have to tell people you do not want to but tamales or shaved ice or corn just to get to the entrance mentioned this to Mr on duty she said she could do nothing about it
The people at the returns counter profiled me. Supposedly they dont return certain items without a receipt wich sounds like a prefence to me since it is not stated in there policy.
