Really bad customer service. I called to rent the carpet cleaner, it shows drop by store or call to rent the unit. When I call the Hillsdale branch the lady said it's FCFS not available to reserve it.then hang up my calls before I finished my calls.

Shopping for wheel barrow. Terrible selection. Sales was helpful trying to find item that showed they had in stock. Couldn't located item. I went to Sunnyvale store to buy as they had great selection on display.

Always disappointed to see all of the plants that get tossed out, simply because they stopped blooming or weren't watered properly. Check out lines for self service register was quite long, and the register that had a cashier was backed up even further.

Took me half an hour to talk to the worker to ask about something. Only one at the doors section and then left

The employees are the best here! They're truly knowledgable professionals who really care about helping you get it right and affordable. Kathleen in cabinets goes above and beyond. She is the most knowledgeable and friendly advisor we've met in our home building process and she has a great eye. She was also great at helping us find other helpful and great supplies at Hillsdale Home Depot. Kathleen helped us find appliances, hardware, organizational ideas and helped us get an appointment in windows. Peggy in windows is also great. They helped us find deals and still understood our need to have a quality polished look. We've been to other stores and other Home Depots, but Hillsdale is the best by far because they have the best employees. Thank you!

Bought about 25 bags of mulch. The loading guys were awesome. Helped load everything even though space was tight in the SUV. Refused tips and asked me to post a good review instead. Would definitely buy here again.

Especially unreasonable terms, if the receipt is lost, it will not be returned, and it is not acceptable to provide a photo of the receipt. Rubbish

Generally a good selection of a variety of products however they do not carry nitrile or latex gloves in any size other than one size fits some.
Those gloves fit women but not most men. And they are also asking $20 a box. Talk about jacking up prices.

Time to go to Harbor freight!

The employees are great I love how they control all the work carts and put them in one place of people don't have to search a parking lot The only downfall is they have Home Depot trucks in a very first handicap parking which I am disabled and I had to park at the end because they had their company vehicles in

Garbage selection of plants and a lot of the indoor plants were already dying/losing leaves. More importantly, they don’t take Apple/Samsung or any sort of phone payment system at all in the entire store. I could understand this case maybe at self checkout but still. You’re in the BAY AREA, the height of tech; get with the times and do better Home Depot. You lost a customer today ‍️

Honestly. Why are Most of the reps in the store clueless on items they sale. Asked 5 people about a product that is sold and parts for the product and NONE of them had any knowledge Said I just stock or I'm just a cashier. Called some people who also simply could not advise. Really stressing.

I bought a ton of stuff here for the super-fancy squirrel house I built. The squirrels couldn't care less and wouldn't set a foot in it. They should provide more guidance on squirrel related construction. Super nice store, they really do have everything and it's sometimes cheaper and more immediate than buying online.
