The Home Depot, Fresno CA

Very nice service from anyone that worked there that I was in contact with today. Went out of their way to go to the back to get what I wanted off a pallet because they didn't have anymore on the shelves!

It was good customer service. There were 2 people in line ahead of me. But I gave the lady at the register my order number and a shopping cart and my order was there. I appreciate it this home Depot.

Find good stuff there just have to wait on the online store orders don't know what's going on just longer than usual

The guys at the paint area were amazing mixing me the perfect match to some old paint I had. Thanks Mason!

Need to clean up alittle. Things everywhere. Felt cramped and felt I was going to hit something. Do not bring children

I like that they don't lock the spray paint cage, at Lowe's had to wait in line 15 mins for an employee to get the paint for me.

Stuffs all cheap use for couple weeks if that then it'll stop working or brake. Speaking of outdoor appliances.

Well I went there because I had broke the glass that hides the light bulbs on my ceiling fan I was changing the light bulbs and I dropped it and smashed into pieces.that's a popular ceiling fan the light cover has two holes on it.they just didn't have it.

Great for hone repair stuff. Garden section has viable plants that are well cared for. Prices are equitable to other chains but the service outranks.

It's ok there's stoves refrigerators microwave s and exe. To improve that's the store to go

I visited to check out and purchase a Husky 5-Tier steel garage storage shelving unit. It turned out to be an online only deal so I easily ordered it.

Before that it took 2 employees to direct me to where they were so I could look at the shelves in person. I was trained to take a customer directly to what they asked about last I worked in retail.

I literally walked in a giant U-shape because the first guy at the paint counter did not know which part of the store he was sending me to. The second employee was disappointed I was sent in the opposite corner of the store.

A third employee helped me determine how to get the shelf since they only had a display in-store. It looked strong so I ordered one on my phone. I wanted to leave today with it so I could finish a small project. I'll have to wait over a week now since it was only available online.

Hopefully, it is strong enough and everything works out. I do love Home Depot though so walking the store is fine with me. But the lack of store knowledge of the first guy is why I gave this experience a 4 out of 5 star rating.

I've been very happy with home depot, Maria was very helpful when I was looking for the hose I needed for my refrigerator water line for the ice maker. I asked Maria who I needed to talk to about fencing, she took me to where I needed to go and helped me with the information I needed as well so I'm very happy with the service help I received. I also needed help with a security door and the young lady that helped me as well was very nice & helpful! Thanks again to them for all the help! Sincerely L. Moreno

I called to ask a simple question about water pressure and plumbing took 25 minutes to pick up, then finally they pick up and say "plumbing hold" and put me on hold for an additional 38 minutes. What, were you spending all that time looking for your final two brain cells? There's always workers standing around doing nothing. If you're that busy, get one of them to help. Do your job correctly so I don't waste an hour of my time on the phone waiting for you to get off yours.

Unhelpful return center. Trying to return a set of patio furniture that was purchased online and the team in the store contradicted what their customer service told us. Patio furniture arrived damaged and was in a set, called the help line for Home Depot and was told to just bring the one damaged item for exchange. When we brought the one piece in to return we were told that they would need both pieces, even after explaining what their customer service told us on the phone. When we asked if we could leave the one piece with them so we could run home and get the other piece, we were told "No we can't be liable if something happens to your furniture while you are gone". With no choice, one of us stayed while the other drove home to get the other piece. Super unhelpful and unwillingness to go out of the way so that we were inconvenienced. We come here often and split business with the other major home improvement business in town. This experience will result in us going to the other store more often and instead order online from Home Depot, opposed to going in the store.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced, they excuse themselves just by saying is my first day here.

This home Depot is awesome. We find everything we need. If we don't find it someone is near to help us find whatever we're looking for. If they don't have it they will order it for us and call us when it is ready. We appreciate that we recommend this awesome place

This store has a particularly helpful staff, and their drive up service has been excellent. I suggest parking by the garden center. The lines are always shorter, and the walk to the car is usually much quicker.
