The Home Depot reviews
16 Took my toddlers to kids workshop on the 1st Saturday of the month and it was amazing!
They do this every 1st Saturday of the month for free! I extremely recommend it.
Wish there was an option for no stars! Tool rental is a joke when it comes to texture machines. All available machines are broken but yet state they are available online. So I drive all the way to redlands, rent one and it stop working after Spraying one corner. Drywall pros.stick with the hopper or big rig!
Jill the manager is the best! I came in with a list for my project. I needed some wood cut, and Jill asked if I needed help. Boy, did I get the right person. I told her what I was attempting to build (raised garden bed) and she helped me figure out exactly what I needed. She even took the time to explain how I should put it all together. She was extremely helpful and I appreciate the time she took with me! Thanks Jill!
Be careful with returning stuff, I have 2 times experience within 3 days the person not scanned all your stuff, usually I never check, but lately I checked how many I returned it, I don’t know how much I lost because I spend a lot at this store
And the bad thing the customer service will arguing and mean when you confronted
Inventory management at this location is definitely a huge opportunity for this management team. Several times I have researched products online and found high inventory levels. Only to get here and find empty shelves for the products I needed. Even though their system shows they do have High QOH levels they don’t find the items.
Security guard wouldn’t stop following me and my family around the store employees were rude to never coming back to this store
I always love going to the "Man Store" (aka Home Depot.
They have everything that you could want for home improvement.
The staff is friendly and helpful and they are well stocked.
My only concern is that the trend towards so-called "self checkout" is not an improvement, nor is it better customer service. But that is just my opinion.
Lots of parking and easy access.
It is good that their lumber prices are coming down.
I can highly recommend Home Depot.
No one here had any idea of what or how to treat customers! Cashier rang up my order then deleted it so my card was charged twice for the same thing. Had to call my cards customer service and wait 2 weeks for the money to be back in my account! Plz train your staff before letting them work alone!
Went for a replacement ball valve hose Bib, went to plumbing and a lot of fittings were in the wrong place there was a lot of different parts in the box but there wasn't any of the hose bib I was looking for. Ended up at the Home Depot on Sierra Lakes Pkwy.to get my part.
Best paint counter around. They have done several custom color matches for me and always do great job and are courteous.
Super easy trip. Thank goodness as we were dealing with unimaginable trauma at the time. Found what we were looking for without issue. We got what we needed and checked out easily.
I am a 68 yr old woman whose husband has stage 4 cancer. I ordered 10 bags of mulch online. I was shown the full cart and had to load my car by myself. Yesterday I asked for help and clerk pressed assist button. I waited for 10 minutes and workers sped by me telling me that they couldn’t help me. Not one of them said they would come back and help or send someone. Again I loaded my car by myself. So much for service….
Today we needed wood cut and the cutter was on lunch. Mike B.was on register and he closed his line to go help us. What great service. Thanks Mike B.
Just visited this location for the first time and was very happy with the level of service received. Each employee I interacted with was very engaged and helpful. Most of the staff there were very friendly and professional which made the atmosphere that much better. This is the sort of customer experience that I can always appreciate. Way to go Home Depot!
Lady up front right now at cast reg #2 is pushing this one line policy at this store confusing the hell out of everyone. Leave our carts here and get in line is what she says. What sense does that make when I’m pushing 15 foot strips of wood and others and trying to avoid my huge cart in middle of the isles. If this isn’t a policy but one Karen employee, then please let her go. At this point. I don’t want to come back to this store.
